– CQS :

To ensure the interface with customers and divisions quality.

To ensure a quick feedback within the required cycle time by automotive customers.

To provide good 8D by making sure to use the following methods :

– Naze Naze

– Ishikawa

– Fault tree analysis

– Risk assessment

– Defect reproduction

Make sure to avoid recurrences.

Make sure of 8D actions implementation.

Lead robust defect analysis either for not confirmed ECCs or confirmed ones.

Lead internal improvement action plans for not confirmed ECCs cases.
To ensure containment actions implementation

Profil:

Engineer diploma

Experience 2-3 Years in Industry Quality.

Production Manager

Misions:

Define & optimize the needs in terms of human resources & equipment capacity based on requested production plan.

Participate in monthly PDP elaboration with planning & ensuring respect of priorities & production launch urgencies.

Ensure production management

Monitor & improve other production KPIs (Productivity, Ind material, Yield, cycle time, direct labor, …)

Ingénieur Lean Manufacturing

Missions :

Détecter et contribuer à la réduction des coûts industriels sur l’axe de l’amélioration continue (identifier, proposer, animer des groupes de recherche de gains) ;
Impulser, animer et piloter les projets d’amélioration en coordination avec les managers et différents services (Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Qualité) et garantir leur complète réalisation ;
Utiliser les outils du LEAN en fonction du besoin et à bon escient tout en tenant compte du process industriel ;
Assurer le support méthodologique et la formation des équipes opérationnelles aux concepts et outils Lean et 6 Sigmas (VSM, PDCA, standards de travail, Kaizen, management visuel (8D),…) ;
Assurer le reporting amélioration continue.

Profil :

De formation Ingénieur GRANDE ECOLE en Génie Industriel ou Mécanique, vous avez une expérience significative 2 à 5 ANS en LEAN ou Amélioration continue dans un milieu industriel.
Vous maîtrisez les principaux outils du LEAN : VSM, PDCA, 5S, SMED, Standard Work, … ;
Vous êtes pragmatique, homme ou femme de terrain et reconnu(e) pour vos qualités organisationnelles et relationnelles ;
Vous êtes dynamique et polyvalent(e), vous faîtes preuve d’une grande autonomie dans l’exercice de votre fonction et vous avez le sens de l’initiative ;
Motivé(e) pour rejoindre une entreprise en pleine expansion, vous avez le goût du challenge pour vous engager et poursuivre des objectifs ambitieux ;
Anglais courant impératif.
