Position Summary
Vous serez amenés à assurer
la production en termes de qualité, quantité et coût en garantissant la sécurité
du personnel et équipement
A day in the life of…
- Assurer l’application et le respect des règles et
consignes de sécurité et environnement liées au poste;
- Assurer le respect des règles
d’hygiène liées au poste
- Opérer techniquement sur les machines de
production;
- Régler les paramètres de production selon les
instructions et procédures en place;
- Initier les résolutions des problèmes liés au
poste;
- Faire la passation de consignes (SHO) du poste;
- Saisir les données sur système;
- Maintenir la zone de travail propre, rangé et en
ordre (5S).

- Vous êtes titulaires d’un Bac+2/+3 Technique en
mécanique ou électromécanique;
- Vous justifiez d’une première
expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Vous maitrisez la langue française à l’écrit
comme à l’oral;
- Vous êtes capables d’utiliser l’outil
informatique;
- Vous avez du leadership, de bonnes qualités
relationnelles, un bon sens d’initiative et un esprit de travail en équipe.
SHE Manager
A day in the life of…
- Direct and
co-ordinate the development and implementation of the Factory’s & OPC’s
SHE strategy & program.
- Monitor and
communicate on performance to improve decision making regarding SHE and to
integrate SHE into business decisions.
- Ensure
adherence to all company principles, policies and legal requirements
related to SHE.
- Manage NMS as
a joint responsibility with Quality.
- Develop and
sustain a local network (including authorities, other factories, etc).
- Implement,
control, maintain and improve the Factory & OPC SHE Management systems
including achieving and maintaining ISO14001 and ISO 45000 certification.
- Develop and
implement specific tools and initiatives as part of the Factory’s SHE
programs.
- Provide
coaching & support to the Plant Manager, Plant Management Team and
Line Managers in order to achieve the Factory’s & OPC’s SHE
objectives and to ensure SHE becomes / remains a line management
responsibility.
- Ensure that
SHE performance data is available and correctly managed.
- Promote the
awareness of SHE.
- Champion the
Factory’s & OPC’s SHE risks assessment program.

Engineer Trainee
A day in the life of…
- Prepare
designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates,
production, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of
new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc.
- Monitor
rogress and performance against the project plan.
- Take action to
resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
- Identify,
develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project.
- May include
preparing engineering standards, designs and work specifications.
- Develop
project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecti materials,
equipment, project staff, and external contractors;

E-Commerce
Manager Nespresso
A day in the life of…
- Lead the
day-to-day technology back-end management of digital boutiques, both owned
Digital Boutiques
- Act as the
eCommerce representative in all global and local projects’ definition and
planning initiatives to ensure the efficacy and consistency of all experiences
delivered on digital boutiques.
- Ensure full
alignment and effective activity planning with the identified eCommerce
stakeholders in all relevant market’s teams..
- Ensure a
seamless experience and optimized purchasing path from call-to-actions to landing
pages
- Manage the
eCommerce Project Porfolio and cascade actions to the eCommerce
Merchandising coordinators, ensuring proper project management to
cover in time and quality all project’s aspects.
- Define, Plan
& Activate eMerchandising activities through cross-sell, up-sell &
eCRM possible strategies
- Plan resources
according to required Market Acceptance Tests (both front-end and
back-end) in coordination with HQ E-Com stakeholders in Laussane and
- Coordinate and
manage delivery of digital projects, leveraging & supporting external
agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality of digital assets while
aligning closely with technical & brand guidelines.
- Monitor the
yearly plan execution in cooperation with local and HQ eCommerce teams

What will make you
successful
- University
degree in Business or Technology
- Minimum 5
years’ experience in webmastering / eCommerce platforms management
(including mobile).
- Project Management (PM Certification a plus) and
strong commercial acumen
- Strong
experience in Website running (Content Management, Merchandising,
A/B testing & personalization)
- Experience in
SEO optimization a plus with support of Digital Marketing.
- Good Knowledge
of Web Analytics.
- Knowledge in
HTML, CSS, Javascript, experience across multiple CMS & photoshop
tools.
- Proven
experience in working and influencing people, teams/functions not in
direct reporting line.
- Google Analytics Certification is a plus.

- Control and
follow E2E of process factory Fixed assets & PEC.
- Control E2E of
fresh milk process and follow up with suppliers.
- Assist Factory
Controller on SCB, TP revision and Opex preparation.
- Prepare
Monthly reporting (Variance report, Factory Fixed Overheads …).
- Daily control
and follow up on material price issue.
- Provide
manufacturing costing, COP Analysis and Forecasting
- Material
Creation – RM, PM, HALB, FERT (costing & accounting views).
- Ensure daily
Health Checks monitoring, Review and monitor materials prices.
- Perform weekly
& monthly variance Analysis.
- Follow up FFO
Analysis, KPI Reporting and forecasting.
- OPEX/TDC
Savings validation & reporting.
- Ensure
