We are
looking for a Production Shop Sub-Assembly Specialist within Tangier Plant in
Morocco. The candidate will be in charge of the following activities:
- Support Production and
Maintenance till the rump up of the new equipment/process, guaranteeing
the achievement of the stated levels of compliance and efficiency/quality
required.
- Identify the demands of
technological improvement elaborating the industrialization of the
specific equipment.
- Propose and implement (with the
suppliers’ help, both internal and external, internal tooling people)
technical changes focused to the constant process improvement so to
decrease scraps and losses
- Propose and implement (also with
the help from the internal analysts, external suppliers and / or
maintenance people, internal tooling people) changes on the job cycle
focused on the constant process improvement in order to reach the
efficient job cycle itself objectives.
- Require and coordinate the
extraordinary interventions by the suppliers and / or maintenance people,
internal tooling people in case of equipment’s accidental breaks.
- Verify and guarantee the safety
level for the equipment by promptly highlighting, to the safety manager,
the non–conformities both technical and managerial.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s
degree in engineering;
- At least 5 years of experience
in similar roles. A previous experience in Sub-Assembly process is
mandatory.

We are
looking for a Dimensional Measurement & Traceability Specialist within
Tangier Plant in Morocco. The candidate will be in charge of the following
activities:
- Assure the implementation at
Plant level of Transversal Dimensional Measurement & Digital MFG. /
Traceability Methodology & Systems Standard Guidelines and Practices
to New Products Industrialization Projects.
- Assure within the New Product /
Process Industrialization and Launch Team coordinated by the Process
Engineer the definition, the planning and the implementation of the
Industrialization and Launch activities related to Dimensional Measurement
& Digital MFG. / Traceability Methodology & Systems implementation.
- Support Purchasing and ICT
Department in the Evaluation and Selection of the new Dimensional
Measurement & Digital MFG. / Traceability Equipment and Systems
Suppliers.
- Assure the implementation of the
EEM Pillar approach and Methodology at Plant Level coordinating the
definition and the implementation of the emerging improvement activities
to new Dimensional Measurement & Digital MFG. / Traceability Equipment
and Systems.
- Assure in collaboration with
Quality Lab and ICT Departments the Dimensional Measurement & Digital
MFG. / Traceability Equipment and Systems Calibration and Maintenance
activities definition and implementation.
- Assure the implementation and
the Upload in the BP database of Dimensional Measurement & Digital
MFG. / Traceability Best Practices identified at Plant Level.

Customer Quality Engineer
We are
looking for a Customer Quality Engineer within Tangier Plant in Morocco. The
candidate will be in charge of the following activities:
- Support the activities of
customer service by managing customer claims, analyzing the defective
parts, defining root causes and assuring proper answers with corrective
actions / improvement plans (ex. 8D Reports and answers on Customer
portals);
- Providing follow-up to the
responses to customer complaints (PPAS);
- Follow customer systems in a
daily basis to communicate quality issues to the organization and address
containment actions and analysis;
- Make internal escalation in case
of need to solve customer’s problems, to involve all plant functions to
achieve solutions;
- Prepare and manage improvement
plans in case of deviations from targets or after customer audits;

- Ensure economical and effective
support for manufacturing and servicing of equipment, products, systems
and others;
- Provide expertise in various
logistics elements, as a means of ensuring the development of a system
design;
- Determine time phasing and logistic
support sequences, for discovering and solving problems arising from
various factors, like operational area, location, human factors,
environmental factors, facility and process flow;
- Develop guidelines, policies and
procedures to ensure quality and cost control;
- Direct and coordinate program
activities designed to provide subcontractors, management, and customers
with logistics technology that ensures effective and economical support

looking for a Process Engineer within Tangier Plant in Morocco. The candidate,
who will report directly to the Plant Manager, will be in charge of the
following activities:
- Coordinate the Manufacturing
Team activities and resources involved in the project (New Product
Simultaneous Engineering, Industrialization and Launch Team);
- Guarantee achievement of
objectives in terms of quality, costs and timing;
- Execute specific checklist
activities to ensure the approval of the defined project gates and Track
and submit reports on project progress.:
- Manage new products
Manufacturing Simultaneous Engineering, industrialization and Launch
activities through the supervision of the whole process from the concept
to the early life of the production ensuring the best manufacturability

looking for a HR Training & Internal Relation Specialist within Tangier
Plant in Morocco. The candidate will be in charge of the following activities:
Training
Specialist responsibilities:
- Cooperate with Line Managers and
HR Manufacturing to identify the training needs;
- Training Budget definition,
actual e forecast management;
- Provide induction training and
other HR training for relevant topic;
- Sourcing activities in order to
find the most suitable training supplier, provide all necessary
administration issues related with trainings, ensure to obtain the best
training for company;
- Charge training software with
all relevant data – course details, editions, participants, training
results;
- Ensure that all necessary
documentation with training is done (“Hot and cold evaluation”, presence

looking for a Production Shop Supervisor within Tangier Plant in Morocco. The
candidate will be in charge of the following activities:
- Ability to manage the
absenteeism and to guarantee the required production level;
- Manage and reinforce
collaboration between Team Leaders and Machine Leaders;
- Knowledge and application of the
continuous improvement tools and stimulating the purposefulness and
motivation;
- Act as point of reference in
case of absence of the Team Leader and/or in case of Capital Intensive
dominio workers;
- Knowledge and constant updating
of skill maps of the ETU employees .
- Advanced knowledge of all
processes related to the ETU and of all products related to the ETU and

We are
looking for a Production Planning & Control Manager within Tangier Plant in
Morocco. The candidate will be in charge of the following activities:
- Definition of planned shifts
number, duration of the shift, good hours, total production hours and
number of necessary workers (direct and indirect), based on the required
daily production and calculate the needs of manpower, taking into account
the planned volume;
- Determine the performance index,
taking in consideration the composition of the direct and indirect
manpower presence, related losses and percent incidence on good hours;
- Evaluate the actual performance
(efficiency index, losses, indirect…) and evaluate the product time per
process/version/model;
- Monitor and analyze the
consumptive data of the Operational Plan;
- Elaborate performance indicators
based on the relationship between the effective produced volume and the
workers presence, taking in consideration the OP;
- Evaluate the daily setting in
terms of surplus or lack of manpower;
- Knowledge of the norms and rules
