site RGVM Tanger
Responsabilités
- Mettre en place et faire
appliquer les processus de management d’un chantier WI (infrastructure,
logistique)
- Management de l’équipe ALSTOM en
place sur le chantier et de la charge de travail associée
- Superviser les réceptions des
rames ainsi que les rechanges et outillages contractuels,
- Superviser le suivi de la
clôture des points ouverts PC11 et RPPLGV et RPPLGV
- Assurer la disponibilité des
trains sous garantie générale conformément aux engagements contractuels
- Garantir l’exécution des
activités du périmètre du site (suivi en garantie, commissioning et
support homologation/validation, dépannages, réalisations de modifications,
Retrofit de PS1, Plan corrosion ….)
- Garantir la configuration
technique des trains (reporting vers le Client en charge de la
configuration)
- Superviser la disponibilité du
stock de consignation en place sur le chantier,
- Assurer la contribution de
l’équipe du chantier aux processus de Croissance de Fiabilité et de Retour
d’Expérience
- Assurer la relation avec le
Management du dépot Client et le Management de la Maintenance
- Garantir l’application par
l’équipe WI du chantier des processus standard ALSTOM (Qualité, EHS)
- Contribuer à la bonne image et à
la reconnaissance des compétences d’ALSTOM
- Suivi de l’activité à l’ATM en
vue d’un claim contre le client et de la limitation des coûts. Les
courriers circonstanciés fait en local au client doivent être référencés
et archivés.
- Assurer la mission de Chef de
projet adjoint pour la part on-shore et garantir la relation avec le Chef
de projet.

contractuelles
- Conformité du chantier
concernant l’application des processus standard WI (Qualité, EHS, AZDP)
Connaissances
& Expérience
- Bonne connaissance et expérience
(exposition au moins 5 ans) de l’environnement des dépôts Clients, et si
possible à l’export,
- Connaissances générales du
ferroviaire et du Matériel Roulant, idéalement TGV
- Bon niveau technique en
Mécanique ou Electrique
- Compétences en management
d’équipe
- Orienté Clients et bon
relationnel
- Communication claire et
transparente
- Connaissance et expérience des
processus standard ALSTOM (EHS, Qualité, AZDP, …)
- Rigueur dans le suivi des
actions et dans la correspondance avec le client

Project
Sourcing Manager Casablanca
Responsibilities
Manage the
sourcing activity of Projects and Business Parts:
- Ensure that the overall QCD
target of the WP material under his responsibility is met
- Participate to the project
management committee
- Organize launch meeting
- Challenge new gaps compared to
tender commitments, incorporates Return on Experience, escalate if any
critical delay is occurring in specification availability, facilities
co-operation between Engineering and Sourcing ask for arbitration in case
of conflict
- Publish the specific legal
requirements to be taken into account in negotiation, after analysis of
the customer specific demand and after decision with the PM to follow down
(or not) these requirements to suppliers
- Define and implement the Project
Sourcing Strategy in full respect of QCS commitment:
*Establish
and agree with the PM on a Project Sourcing Strategy (if not done at Tender
step), in line Platform Sourcing strategy (panel, LCC objectives, dual
sources..)
*Launch RFQs
and insure compliant leadtime to quote with project requirement
*Negociate
purchasing condition in tender phase to insure competitiveness of ALSTOM
towards final customer’s quotation.
*Animates
supplier selection through Business Award process, asks for arbitration when
relevant
*Manage the
Material Work Package
- Review periodically the QCD
material scope (Work packages) with the stakeholders, establish a robust
« at completion » vision, take into account risk, ambitions and
incertitude
- Establish bridge analysis at
each SPR cycle
Educational :
French /
