Executive Sous Chef
Nous sommes
à la recherche d’un Sous-chef Exécutif expérimenté pour notre
Resort unique conçu par Kerzner International Group pour offrir des expériences
exceptionnelles et des souvenirs éternels!
Notre
talentueux Sous-chef Exécutif sera responsable de toute la
production alimentaire, y compris pour les restaurants à la carte, les buffets
et la restauration. Il développera des menus, des spécifications d’achat de
nourriture et des recettes, supervisera le personnel, développera et contrôlera
le budget de nourriture et de main d’œuvre pour le département ainsi que le
maintien de la plus haute qualité professionnelle de nourriture et des normes
d’hygiène.
Il sera le
deuxième responsable de toute l’équipe de cuisine, il est donc fondamental que
le futur candidat soit capable de maintenir un contrôle total de la cuisine à
tout moment et de gagner le respect de son personnel de cuisine.
Profil:
- Diplome de cuisine (4 ans ou
plus).
- 4 ans d’expérience dans le même
poste.
- Bonne communication Français et
Arabe. L’anglais est un plus.
- Orienté service, auto-organisé.
- Bonne connaissance de
l’informatique (Microsoft).
- Connaissance de Micros et Opera
est un avantage.
Reservation Agent
Nous
recrutons un Agent de Réservation qui aura pour mission de
répondre aux besoins de la clientèle en écoutant avec attention leurs demandes
et en proposant des services adaptés à leurs besoins.
Missions
principales:
- Recevoir toutes les réservations
effectuées par téléphone, fax ou mail.
- Assurer un accueil personnalisé
à la demande client.
- Identifier rapidement les
besoins du client et offrir une solution et un argumentaire adaptés.
- Proposer les programmes
spécifiques du Resort en complément de la réservation.
- Effectuer toutes les opérations
de suivi administratif de ces réservations.
- Être en relation permanente avec
les autres services du Resort.

Sous-Chef
Nous
recrutons un talentueux sous chef qui participera à l’élaboration de nouveaux
plats et de nouveaux concepts selon les instructions de son sous-chef exécutif
et directeur culinaire.
Responsabilités
clés:
- Diriger l’équipe de cuisine en
place et coordonner le travail de tout le personnel sous sa
responsabilité.
- Participer à la préparation des
plats et à l’élaboration des menus.
- Veiller au respect des règles
d’hygiène.
- Assurer la gestion des
achats, des stocks et des inventaires de sa cuisine
- Assurer l’analyse et gestion des
coûts (contrôle des ratios, fiches techniques)
- Animer les réunions pré et post
service (briefing et débriefing).
- Recueillir les besoins en
formation (techniques culinaires…)
- Maintenir un haut niveau de
concentration sur l’équipe en faisant preuve de coopération et de soutien

Profil:

Manager Online
As an Online
Manager you are in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that
promote our Resort’s brand, products and services by implementing and
monitoring them across all digital networks.
Your responsibilities will also include
but not be limited to:
- Use of Sitecore Content
Management System (CMS) and other proprietary CMS’s to update and maintain
all Online web content
- Manage, generate, edit, publish
and share content on digital channels
- Plan and execute all web,
SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising
campaigns
- Oversee content creation for
assets to be distributed across website, blog, social media, email,
digital advertising, and more.
- Collaborate with internal
customers and in-house Creative team on content creation and content ideas
to meet business objectives for specific audiences and countries
- Continually look for new ways to
produce engaging, scalable content
- Closely collaborate with the
in-house Creative team to guide and produce high quality content.
- Manage brand online reputation,
monitor blogs and forums for brand mentions and compile data to understand

Manager Marketing
We are
looking for a talented Manager Marketing who will be
responsible for helping on the implementation of the overall marketing strategy
and for maximizing the hotel’s revenues by developing programs to increase
occupancy and make profitable use of the resort facilities.
Main
responsibilities are not limited to:
- Design and implement the
marketing plans and supports in their subsequent development and
execution.
- Implement new strategies
including digital, to achieve the goals of the marketing units dedicated
thereby enabling growth of business.
- Work closely with sales, and
operations to initiate new ideas and activations to promote products and
services.

Directeur Sécurité
As a
Director Security you are responsible to protect guests, employees and
company assets, ensuring all Resort properties are adequately secured. Also
responsible for activity reporting investigating and recording, ensure
compliance with all security standards, legal and statutory requirements.
Your
responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:
- Direct and coordinate the
activities of the security team to provide services that are above and
beyond for customer and colleagues satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain crisis
management, contingency planning and policies & procedures.
- Monitor team performance through
continuous learning and development.
- Assist operations to acheive
their activities and events in a secure and safe environment.
We are
looking for a Security Director with at least 5 years of relevant experience in
a similar role. Fluency in French and English with solid knowledge of local
legislation. A high level of integrity and the capability to follow rules and
procedures without compromises are essential.
Director of Sales &
Marketing
As a Director
of Sales & Marketing, you will work closely with the General Manager to
establish and drive all sales, reservations, marketing, communications,
promotional and product development programs, targeted toward existing and new
markets for Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, with full accountability for
achievement of annual revenue budget.
Main
responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual
commercial plan to achieve annual business objectives.
- Lead, manage and monitor all
day-to-day sales and marketing activities with focus on developing
strategic value-based outcomes that enable achievement of sales
objectives.
- Lead the preparation of regular
business reports including monthly reports, annual goals and targets,
sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as required.
- Monitor the achievement
objectives and goals and takes appropriate action to correct shortfalls
versus the strategic plan.
- Manage and drive all key
business segments for the Resort and in close collaboration with Revenue
Management.
- Establish and maintain relationships
with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Manage key and niche accounts
across the main segments and execute account plans to key clients within
these segments.
- Execute and attend client
events, trade shows and sales missions to maintain, build and develop key
relationships with clients across domestic, regional and international
markets.
- Drive and leverage the Kerzner
Regional Sales Office (RSO) network to achieve budgeted goals. Track and
measure productivity of key accounts working with RSOs to develop sales
programs and initiatives.
- Oversee on-property marketing,
communications and sales activities ensuring brand quality.
- Understand and contribute to
overall revenue management initiatives and strategies to ensure every
revenue opportunity is maximized.
- Oversee and evaluate market
research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and
competitive conditions.
- Develop and establish an
experienced and successful team. Ensures a challenging and exciting

- Ensures that all policies and
procedures as well as company standards are in place and functioning
effectively, and contracts are set in accordance with the legislation and
the company standards.
- Provide proper collateral and

of customer value.
- Grow relationships at the
appropriate levels, both internally and externally that enable the

Requirements:
- Minimum of five years’ experience
in similar role in the luxury hotel industry
- High degree of commercial
awareness and hotel management.
- Strong knowledge of the
principles and practices within the sales/marketing/hospitality profession
- Proficiency in MS Office and
property management systems.
- Strong media, presentation and
computer skills.
- Fluency in both English and
French written and spoken, other languages will be a plus.
