Recouvrement
Dans le
cadre de notre fort développement, nous recrutons un Agent de
recouvrement pour notre bureau basé à Casablanca.
Attributions
/ Responsabilités:
-Gestion du
portefeuille clients.
-Établissement
de la facturation clients mensuellement et en fonction des besoins,
-Suivre les
encaissements obtenus et établir des reporting sur le Cash collection,
-Mettre en
œuvre les actions de recouvrement (relance, enquête, Reporter les réclamations
au commercial concerné),
-Analyser
les comportements de paiement client et mettre en place une politique de
relance en fonction des typologies clients,
-Le suivi
quotidien de la trésorerie et déterminer les prévisions de celle-ci,
-Analyser
des comptes clients sur le système.
-Identification
des encaissements et affectation à la bonne facture: Suivi du lettrage
-Réalisation
des travaux de clôtures comptables mensuelles: Communication des factures
établies et point sur les clients à problèmes.
-Prise en
charge des Reportings mensuels d’analyse: Balance Agée pour le périmètre dédié
Compétences
/ Expériences requises:
-2 ans
d’expérience en recouvrement.

Traffic
Manager
Vous
rejoindrez Avito afin de vous assurer de la qualité des emplacements
publicitaires, les optimiser et gérer des campagnes display.
Expert en
trafficking et en performance digital, vous porterez l’objectif du département
commercial en terme de livraison et performance des campagnes, dans ce cadre,
- Vous serez en charge de la
gestion de l’inventaire avec pour principale mission de garantir la
livraison des différentes campagnes clients.
- Vous accompagnerez les
commerciaux pour les propositions commerciales et échanges techniques avec
les clients
- Vous serez garant de la bonne
diffusion des campagnes (mise en ligne, suivi, REX)
- Vous serez en charge de
l’optimisation continue des campagnes et amélioration des tunnels de
transformation.

Missions
du poste
1)
Gestion technique des emplacements publicitaires sur le site
- Taggage sous Google AdManager
- Travail collaboratif avec le
reste de l’équipe trafficking et les équipes techniques
2)
Gestion de l’inventaire:
- Prévision de l’inventaire et estimation
des disponibilités par emplacement
- Maximisation du taux de
remplissage
3)
Collaboration commerciale:
- Evaluation de la faisabilité
technique des dispositifs
- Réponse aux briefs (ou
validation de volumes proposés)
- Recommandation de dispositifs
publicitaires
4) Mise
en ligne des campagnes:
- Programmation des campagnes dans
l’adserver Google Admanager
5) Suivi
des campagnes:
- Suivi et génération des
statistiques / bilans pour les clients
- Optimisation des campagnes pour
maximiser les performances et s’assurer de l’atteinte des objectifs
commercialisés (Avito, Facebook, Google Ads).

Reporting:
- Veille du marché
- Analyse et bilans de campagnes
et REX d’opérations phares
- Reportings réguliers accompagnés
de recommandations pour maximiser l’efficacité des dispositifs

Profil
recherché:
- Diplômé(e) en marketing ou
idéalement une spécialisation dans le digital
- Vous avez au moins 3 ans
d’expérience dans le trafficking agence ou régie
- Bonnes connaissances techniques
(html5, rich media, video)
- Familier avec l’éco-système
média digital et programmatique: DMP, Google SEA, SSP, DSP, Tracking,
Facebook Analytics, Google Display.
- Connaissances approfondie
d’adserver: Google Ad Manager.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques
- Niveau d’anglais courant.

What will
be your role?
As a CTO
you’ll be a key member of the management team, reporting locally to

Designer
We are
looking for an enthusiastic UI designer who lives for
beautiful experiences across mobile and web.
This role is
to own the end-to-end design process for the present and upcoming feature sets
across all Avito products (Web, Mobile site, Android App and iOS App).
