Salaries:
-Hostess: 3000 QAR
-Barista: 3000 QAR
-F&B Manger: 5500 QAR
-Comis chef I: 3000 QAR
-Comis chef II: 2700 QAR
-Sous-chef: 6000 QAR
-Chef de Party: 5000 QAR
Qualifications:
-Diploma in the same specialty or its equivalent.
-Minimum experience of 1 year in a similar position.
-Work experience in a 5 star hotel.
-Fluency in English.
-Creative and strategic thinking.
-Conflict-resolving skills.
What are the required skills?
-Hostess: Knowledge of sequence of service, experience in 5-star
hotel or fine dining.
-Barista: Experience with coffee machine, preferably in 5-star
hotel environment.
-F&B Manger: Knowledge of sequence of service, experience in
5-star hotel or fine dining environment, must have supervised teams before.
-Comis chef I: Experience as a Comis chef in 5-star hotel, fine
dining restaurant or high-end cruise line.
-Comis chef II: Intermediate understanding of kitchen bakery
products while focusing on quality assurance (HACCP) and good communication
skills. Young and energetic.
-Sous chef: Experience as a Sous chef in 5-star hotel, fine dining
restaurant or high-end cruise line.
-Chef de Party: Supervisory skills + advanced knowledge of working
in kitchen with focus on producing food for volume consumption as well as
ensuring quality checks.
