Ingénieur Produit – Siège complet

Nous recrutons pour notre nouveau centre R&D Seating à Rabat Technopolis des profils experimentés Ingenieur Produit.

Missions principales:
Concevoir et développer des éléments de sièges, sous la responsabilité d’un Responsable Etudes Projet et d’un Responsable Etudes Plateforme : 
-Établir et valider les plans aux dates requises
-Mener les études et modifications des composants des sièges au fur et à mesure des modifications du produit pendant les phases de conception, développement et industrialisation
-Suivre l’évolution du cahier des charges client
-Responsable de la nomenclature des produits et suivi des mises à jour
-Chercher et proposer des solutions études alternatives concernant les divers éléments composant le siège complet.
-Développer des concepts études
-Assurer les interactions directement avec les différents contacts chez le client et le fournisseur
-Responsable des AMDEC et des chaînes de cotes siège complet
-Utiliser les systèmes de gestion des données Lear PLM, LPMP
-Suivre les validations prototypes et série, et établir des plans d’action à présenter lors des revues de produit hebdomadaire
   
Pré-requis:
– Bac + 5 avec un minimum d’expérience de 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.
– Conception sur CATIA V5 ou plus ,
– Sens du leadership,
– Travail en équipe
– Bon relationnel




Product Engineer Wire Harness

We are hiring now for our Seating Engineering Center a Product Engineer, in the electrical department. You are responsible for the development of all electrical components from the prototype phase to series production in the complete seat.

Main missions:
  • Developing and delivering cost competitive designs on time, on budget, on quality target, meeting the customer requirements (Flawless Product Development and Launch). 
  • Leading the Product Engineering for Valls Projects on Awarded SJB’s/BCM’s/JB’s and PSC’s through development, launch and current production. 
 The position is responsible for:
Geometrical integration, all electrical components in the complete seat system under consideration off the complete climatic range and travel range.
Control the specified cable routing on the basis of dimensional hardware and drawing check the for the target specifications and final check of the seats for test scopes
Create Bills of materials, seat variants, overviews and Data maintanance in PLM documentation of electric components such as cable routing.

Profile:
  • Bachelor or Master in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or automotive engineering.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry (Wiring Business).
  • Read and interpret circuit / SYS / Dimensional drawing / contact plans as well as a very good handling with MS Office
  • Good knowledge of VOBES process with all subcomponente
  • Good communication in English
  • Basic knowledge in car bus (such as CAN, LIN)
  • Preferrably knowledge in Teamcenter Enterprise



Accounting Supervisor / GL Supervisor

This is an exciting time hiring an experienced GL Supervisor for Lear Corporation Rabat to work closely with a team of accountants, to manage financial functions, the ideal candidate uses strong analytical skills to create detailed financial reports. 
To succeed in this role, the candidate should also have a problem-solving attitude and be able to manage a team. 

Your missions:
  • Ensure compliance with the law and group procedures

Quality Technician

We are hiring for Kenitra JIT Plant a Quality Technician to ensure the quality of components through carrying out measurements and laboratory tests, recording the results and communicating non conformities if found.

Your missions: 
.Perform the measurements and laboratory tests and supply results in the identified report for:
  •  Purchased parts, semi-finished parts, finished parts according to control plan
  • PPAP parts
  • Engineering/Product Development Support
  • Product audits
  • Support problem investigation
.Manage the calibration system of production & quality measuring and testing devices and removal of device(s) from use requiring service or calibration.
.Measure components according to customer specification and relevant standards.
.Provide applicable reports in identified format
.Maintain copies of reports organized and trackable in the system
.Perform periodic product layout audits in accordance to pre-defined schedule
.Perform product layouts as required to support manufacturing location; planned or unplanned; and including:
  • Annual component/assembly layout in support of PPAP
  • Product change verification
.Support the proper use of SPC in production according to the Control Plan
.Perform Gage R&R on fixtures and gages used within the facility
.In case of non-conforming product identified during layout, report immediately
to requestor or Quality Manager for further disposition
.Advise on proper measurement methods, equipment and identification of characteristics on drawings to support measurements
.Has the authority and the responsibility to stop any process or product delivery in case of a non-conformance of customer expectations, safety or environmental risks.

To be successful for this role: 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 3 years of Quality with manufacturing experience

Commodity Buyer

Lead purchasing activities within the assigned commodities within a Global Commodity Team to achieve saving target, develop and implementing strategies for supplier management and leading supplier’s negotiations. 

Your missions:  
  • Manage system maintenance and send RFQ to other Lear units to generate make vs buy opportunities
  • Keep Purchasing system updated, implementing on time new pricing, Minimum Order Quantity, incoterms, etc.
  • To support and implement Commodity Strategy in regards of strategic suppliers and localization by negotiating contracts
  • Support Commodity in order to achieve target savings in supplier negotiations.
  • Support pricing optimization based on full landed cost analysis.
  • Supports the Global Supply Chain Team and/or plants through escalation process with the suppliers.
  • Setup Logistic agreements with strategic suppliers, within the supplier negotiations.
  • Use Clean sheet Team with Market and supplier data Technology / Market knowledge.
  • Leverages new business awards by understanding and being aware of new programs content.
  • Assures Strategic suppliers are being sourced on new programs.
  • Keeps regular communication with Advance/Program purchasing to assure everyone is aligned with the latest strategy.
