Missions:
1.
Responsible for the preparatory work for Jumia store opening
2. Responsible for the operation of Jumia platform to ensure the achievement of performance goals;
3. Responsible for the product risk control of the platform, and promote the achievement of the sales plan according to the organization’s performance goals;
4. Research and analyze industry market and competitor analysis, optimize company processes, adjust operating strategies, and promote the implementation of various departments;
5. Assist the person in charge of the department, optimize the internal organizational structure of the Jumia platform, sort out the operation process of each link, promote the overall operation of the supply chain of multiple product lines, and improve supply efficiency.
