Ocean Sales Executive
Missions:
- Etablir une target list précise
- Mettre en place un plan d’action commercial
individuel et visites commerciales
- Identifier les opportunités sur les produits
cibles
- Gérer et suivre le cycle de vente
- Répondre aux demandes de cotations des clients et
faire les mises à jour tarifaires nécessaires
- Atteindre les objectifs de développement qui
auront été définis en liaisons avec la hiérarchie
- Préparer des comptes-rendus d’activité par client
qui seront présentés lors des revues organisées par le Directeur
commercial
- Participer au développement de la stratégie des
ventes en conformité avec les objectifs fixés par l’entreprise
- Prendre toutes les actions nécessaires pour
satisfaire le client et s’inscrire dans une relation long terme.
Profil recherché:
De formation Supérieure, vous
justifiez d’une expérience similaire d’au moins 5 ans dans la vente de
prestations logistiques Maritimes.
Vous maîtrisez l’outil informatique, les techniques de vente B2B et connaissez
la réglementation du transport Maritime.
Logistics Operations Leader
Nous sommes à la recherche
d’un Logistique Operations Leader basé sur Casablanca, pour
rejoindre notre équipe logistique au Maroc, pour être chargé de Contrôler et
surveiller toutes les activités d’entreposage de manière efficace et selon les
normes pour respecter les SLAs.
Le candidat doit être apte
à assurer les activités suivantes:
- Développer de solides relations avec les clients
pour assurer un haut niveau de service/satisfaction.
- Analyser toutes les demandes des clients
impactant les deux coûts et flux de travail opérationnel.
- Mettre en œuvre la carte conçue pour chaque
opération du client pour rencontrer le client exigences et norme Aramex.
- Faciliter la circulation de l’information
horizontalement et verticalement
- Assurer la formation du personnel de l’entrepôt
sur procédure logistique personnalisée et exigences pour les nouveaux
clients et tout changement de procédure.
- Assurer une performance optimale de l’entrepôt.
- Etre responsable du maintien de l’exactitude des
stocks et les niveaux d’intégrité.
Le profil recherché doit obligatoirement avoir une formation minimum
d’un Bac+5 en logistique, avoir une expérience minimum de 2 ans significative
en 3PL de préférence Fashion et des connaissances en WMS et Msexcel. Ainsi
qu’ayant une bonne communication (en anglais).
E-commerce Sales
Specialist

Profile:

Business
Development Manager
Achieve financial growth by regaining the inactive and stopped customers
as well as maintaining and developing low revenue customers.
- Identify sales
and business development opportunities from existing customers
- Continuously
monitor and provide management with regular feedback about market trends
and competitor activities
- Develop an
annual business development team strategy and work closely with the team
to achieve individual and team objectives
- Increase
cross selling and upselling opportunities
- Analyze
customers’ performance to increase their growth and production
- Create and
update regularly a prospect plan to know where to focus to gain new
clients.

Air Freight
Business Development Manager
To provide customer management teams with best solutions that can
increase the product revenues and profits at the same time enhance product
operations service, efficiency and reduce direct and indirect costs
Responsibilities:
- Develop and
maintain effective relationship with the VIP customers especially with
decision makers
- Assist CMTs on
all sales and/or shipments that would require a subject matter expert
- Provide
freight solutions to customers to cater to their needs and requirements in
line with company capabilities and infrastructure
- Support the
CMTs to meet their freight target
- Set KPIs and
conduct appraisal for direct repots
- Coordinate
with the concerned Regional/Global Product Managers on all operational
changes and updates needed
- Attend related
product exhibitions to identify and capture potential business
opportunities and leads
- Initiate and
Implement Freight SOPs across the station
- Participate in
setting the CMT product targets to ensure that the total teams targets are
higher or equal to the station target
- Agree with the
direct manager on the product sales and pricing strategy
- Directly
responsible for the country air freight product
Outlet Executive
Responsibilities:
- Serve Walk-in
customers and provide full information and advice.
- Manage and meet customer expectations
- Sustain high
customer satisfactory service level
- Provide
excellent customer service for cash clients as per Aramex CS standards
- Sell cash shipments.
- Attending to
cash customers and fulfil their requirements, solve their problems, follow
up their cases and update them.
- To contact
four cash customers per day (leakage or none-active customers).
- Promote Aramex campaigns for customers
- Implement and promote Aramex
Profile:
- Customer service or marketing degree
- Experience in
customer service within an international transport company
