Key
responsibilities
– Manages
Recruitment sessions and coordinates recruitment events.
– Makes all arrangements for interviews together with HR assistant; Interview schedule, and prepares information for all interviewing managers, including copies of application form, resumes, and interview record forms.
– Prepares and places recruitment advertisements through the internet and other advertising mediums.
– Assists in reviewing internal and external applications and resumes for minimum education and experience requirements.
– Assists on conducting screening interviews with candidates, drafting shortlists with the most appropriate candidates.
– Assists in administration of assessment tool (PI/LI) on location.
– Develops and maintains an effective database mainly for Blue Collar candidates in liaison with LR Manager.

quay crane checkers, operators & drivers ensuring subordinates perform

– With an emphasis on operations on the quay, yard and gates, the position ensures effective and timely coordination of various activities which contribute to the achievement of targeted productivity.

•Experience of at least 5 years in dealing with the Moroccan Port environment in a management role.
•Proven experience in dealing with customs clearance processes, port formalities or trucking activities in/with the port complex of Tangier Med.
•In-depth knowledge and experience of the different processes, actors and regulations involved in the flow of import/export container.
•Excellent knowledge of Government Agencies (especially Customs) imports and exports procedures.
•Excellent communicator, able to build up relationships at all levels and influence others without formal authority.
•Ability to be a problem solver and an independent facilitator in which to resolve any customer issue with due respect of company policies.
•Must be conversant with MS Office suite.
•Proficiency in English, French and Arabic.
