Sales Manager

Summer of responsabilities :
Reporting to the DOSM, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:     
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Ensure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customers
  • Ensure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Solicit group, transient and/or banquet business through action plan preparation and execution
  • Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts
  • Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizations
  • Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details within the appropriate software applications
  • Work closely with Catering and Front Office to ensure all details of the contract were delivered and guests depart satisfied
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as required
  • Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures
  • Follow all safety  policies ;
  • Other duties as assigned.
 Qualifications :
  • Previous Sales experience required
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications andor relevant computer applications required 
  • University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Outlet Manager

Summer of responsabilities :
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:     
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Lead and manage the F&B Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
  • To assist in the recruitment and  training of F&B Colleagues
  • Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
  • Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings
  • Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions
  • Have full knowledge of all Outlet menus
  • Manage the departmental budget
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

 Qualifications :
  • Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience required

Reservation Agent

Summer of responsabilities :
Reporting to the Reservation Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:      
  • ·     Constantly offer a professional, friendly and endearing service ;
  •     Reserve and record reservation requests using the Property Management System (PMS) ;
  • ·     Complete reservation lists while ensuring data accuracy as needed ;
  • ·     Update reservations by ensuring a perfect arrival and departure process ;
  • ·     Ensure revenue maximization through sales of upgraded rooms and by recommending hotel facilities ;
  • ·      Stay in touch with the Sales department and other departments as appropriate ;
  • ·     Respond quickly to questions by phone or email ;
  • ·     Inform guests about hotel facilities in an efficient and helpful manner ;
  • ·     Respect Department policies, procedures and service standards ;
  • ·     Respect all security policies ;

Qualifications :
  • Previous experience in customer relations
  • Experience with a privileged Property Management System (PMS)

  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way

Qualifications:
  • Previous leadership experience required

Summer of responsabilities :
Reporting to the In Room Dining Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :      
  • Identify and anticipate customer needs and provide personalized service;
  • Provide catering services as needed;
  • Help clients to carry out their projects or facilitate the visits they wish to undertake during their stay;
  • Respond to all customer inquiries and follow up;
  • Understand and know the services, technology, equipment, uses and systems provided in the suites;

Revenue Manager

Summer of responsabilities :
Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Implement revenue management procedures and techniques;
  • Identify new revenue management opportunities;
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports;
  • Optimize and expand partnerships with distributors;
  • Build and maintain a strong professional relationship with all departments of the hotel;
  • To anchor a revenue management culture;
  • Apply the Yield Management system to achieve the goals of the Hotel Budget and obtain reservations at the optimum price;
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
  • Between 2 and 4 years of experience in revenue management in the hotel industry, in luxury would be an asset;
  • Perfect command of French and English. Other foreign languages​​will be a definite asset;
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in hotel management, tourism or economic studies;
  • Perfect mastery of Excel;
  • Knowledge of hotel technologies: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets, 




Hostess

Reporting to the Outlet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:      
  • Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service ;
  • Understand the Server’s tasks in the outlet ;
  • Understand shift end reports in the outlet and the POS system ;
  • Assist guests regarding food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way ;
  • Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods ;
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards ;
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage;
