A propos de LC WAIKIKI


LC Waikiki est une marque turque de vêtements de prêt-à-porter et d’accessoires de mode, fondée en 1985 par la société française DDKA (initiales des fondateurs Jean-Jacques Demri, Jean-Marc Djian, Serge Kraif et Georges Amouyal). Les initiales LC signifient « Les Copains » en référence aux amis fondateurs de la marque.
Initialement implantée en France, la marque a joui d’une grande notoriété dans le pays dans les années 1990 auprès des enfants et adolescents. En 1997, la marque est rachetée par la société turque Tema Textile qui la réoriente et se concentre
principalement sur le marché turc.
En 2012, la marque ouvre une boutique d’une surface de 800 m² au Maroc au centre commercial Almazar, Marrakesh.
En juin 2016, la marque ouvre sa première boutique en Tunisie.

Recruitment Specialist


We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist for our Morocco organization to join us to be a part of the LC Waikiki family. Are you the new talent we are looking for?

Role:

§  Recruits the personnel for Country HQ positions in required qualifications in case there is vacancy in current positions or if additional staff is needed in compliance with the corporate procedures,
§  Enters data of recruitment and exit process to HR system
§  Plans and conducts all recruitment processes such as placing job ads in career portals, makes filtering, organize the interviews, selection of the personnel, conducts reference checks of selected personnel before offers and provides long lists to store managers for store positions
§  Ensures that legal duties of recruitment process carried out, especially making necessary documents for registration of new personnel ready and forwards them to country Payroll team
§  Conducts all correspondences with the applicants in corporate format and in a timely manner during or after recruitment process
§  Follows and applies promotion programs for Store Manager, mid level and VM positions in the store as per the related procedures announced by HQ
§  Uses HR Recruitment and exit modules actively  
§  Follows the probation period of new personnel and follows and sends the probation period surveys to the related managers.
§  Prepares statistical information required or ongoing projects etc. and reports to Head Office Recruitment Department
§  Handles all recruiting and staffing operations in the country in compliance with the corporate procedures and Country legislation.
§  Makes exit interviews with the personnel and reports to Head Office International Recruitment Department

Education & Language Skills
§  University Degree in a relevant field
§  Fluent in English (both written & verbal)

Professional Expertise
§  Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably at consulting firm or retailing
§  Preferably experienced in Assessment Center applications and competency-based interviews
§  Experienced in field of e-learning
§  Knowledge of MS Office programs

Area Visual Merchandising Responsible


We are looking for high caliber professionals to help achieve our goal of becoming “one of Europe’s three most successful apparel retailers by 2023”.                              
Job Description:
§  Train and develop Store Visual Merchandisers as per standards provided by Head Office
§  Provide fast and profitable visual solutions within the region under responsibility
§  Follow up and execute company visual merchandising standards and procedures
§  Assist and/or provide feedback to stores regarding visual merchandising in assigned district
§  Execute excellent customer service
§  Visiting stores periodically to maintain visual standards in the country
§  Participate in floor set executions
§  Assist in hiring store merchandisers that meet current business needs

Qualifications:
§  BA in marketing, Fashion Merchandising (preferred)
§  At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably with a leading fashion retailer and 1-3 years retail management experience preferred
§  Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
§  Proven ability to train and develop Store Visual Merchandisers
§  Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solving
§  Proven ability to independently and pro-actively manage multiple tasks/priorities and personalities
§  Ability to work in a multinational-multicultural environment
§  Fluent in English
§  Approximately 80% travel required
