E-Commerce Officer
Your key responsibilities will include the
planning and implementing of a program of promotional offer, value adds and
ancillary product propositions to achieve revenue and yield improvement. You
will design and manage the online marketing activity using PPC, SEO, viral,
display, email marketing and affiliate campaigns whilst ensuring the delivery
of all campaign applications on time, to budget and the highest standard.
The position covers one of the largest markets
within Africa.
About You
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or e-commerce
Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
required
B2C e-marketing experience / online travel
retail experience a definite advantage
Prior experience in a multinational company
coordinating requirements from global offices and head office highly desirable
Work experience in an online marketing agency or
e-commerce/digital marketing department of a B2C retailer essential (travel
industry preferred)
Demonstrated experience and results in managing
at least two of the following areas: Search Engine Marketing, Email Marketing,
Affiliate Programs, account management of online marketing partnerships,
Display Advertising, Social Media
Proven commercial skills including business
analysis and metric skills
Strong numerical & analytical skills
including accurate calculation of return on investment
Expert knowledge of working with MS office
packages
Personal drive and high level of communication
skills. Fluency in English to a management presentation level essential
Attention to detail and knowledge of best
practice web designs (ad creative, online sales promotions, micro site
Travel industry experience or prior airline
experience a definite advantage
Must be fluent in English and Arabic

Cargo Operations Supervisor
This role ensures that QR Standards and
Procedures are implemented in order to achieve overall goals, plans, supervise
and support the staff in order to provide quality customer service and surpass
revenue targets.
Accountabilities
Co-ordinate with the GHA staff on a regular
basis
Ensure all safety measures are taken by
operations staff as well as GHA
Ensure all staff adheres to optimal use of
capacity to maximize revenue whenever possible on time performance for
freighters
Handle customer requirements/request
professionally, resolve difficult issues and reduce customer complaints.
Prepare the staff roster to ensure proper
distribution of manpower and brief staff on changes within the industry and QR
products/services
Support Sales to keep systems updates with
operational information
Prepare Cargo Report
Support import customers for clearance of cargo,
liaise with customs authorities to facilitate smooth and timely import
clearance
Flight planning with maximum utilization of
flight capacity, control and operation exports and import
Handle discrepancies at stations and all
administrative issues related to the station
Ensure that notifications are sent officially on
Cargo Arrival Information, to freight Forwarders/ Agents / Direct Customers to
ensure Cargo does not stay under airlines custody for a long period.

Person
The successful candidate should possess the
following:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum of
2 years’ of job related experience
Freighter and odd-sized cargo buildup experience
Detailed knowledge of IATA Cargo handling, DGR,
Ramp handling and Load Control experience
Please note that this role requires the
candidate to work rotating shifts, including weekends and PHs.
