Junior
Sales Executive
The Sales
team is directly responsible for partnering with both smaller local stores and
with bigger brands to display them on our Glovo platform. You will work with
the support of a sales team and a local Head of Sales.
As a Glovo Jr
Sales Executive, you will be a key representative of our company’s sales team,
responsible for creating a pipeline of and signing up local stores and
corporate customers around the city.

We are looking

experience) to drive growth in actual and unexplored markets. You will report
directly to the Head of Sales, and will be working in an international, dynamic

Manager
You will be
responsible for building and developing partnerships from scratch with
restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc and growing their number on the
platform while delivering on aggressive sales and growth targets. Also, you
would be coaching, mentoring and building almost from scratch the Sales
Executives team, taking care of the team’s achievement and working for
reatining talent.
In this role
you will be part of the sales team at Glovo, working closely with the Director
of Commercial from your region.

Quality Analyst
A Quality
Specialist position means building a bridge between the quality standards and
the final service we offer in Glovo. The quality specialist is responsible
for ensuring the Voice of the Customer is heard, understood and prioritised
across our service processes, training, tools and product. This position is
maximising impact of every support interaction through process standardisation
and actionable data-informed insights on our service gaps and drivers of
customer happiness. In addition to being a key enabler of agent effectiveness
the quality specialist is responsible for collaborating with other teams in
LiveOperations to create the best (and efficient) customer experience possible
at scale.
