Junior Sales Executive

The Sales team is directly responsible for partnering with both smaller local stores and with bigger brands to display them on our Glovo platform. You will work with the support of a sales team and a local Head of Sales.

As a Glovo Jr Sales Executive, you will be a key representative of our company’s sales team, responsible for creating a pipeline of and signing up local stores and corporate customers around the city.

Sales Executive – Groceries

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Sales Executive (ideally with supermarket experience) to drive growth in actual and unexplored markets. You will report directly to the Head of Sales, and will be working in an international, dynamic and team-oriented environment.

  • High degree of emotional intelligence

Sales Manager

You will be responsible for building and developing partnerships from scratch with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc and growing their number on the platform while delivering on aggressive sales and growth targets. Also, you would be coaching, mentoring and building almost from scratch the Sales Executives team, taking care of the team’s achievement and working for reatining talent.

In this role you will be part of the sales team at Glovo, working closely with the Director of Commercial from your region.

  • Build a partner portfolio from scratch and negotiate the best products in your city to deliver it to our customers
  • Lead from the front in closing deals, on-boarding them and account management for your city’s partners
  • Meet monthly objectives defined by the Sales Director

  • Train and motivate the sales team

You have:

  • At least, 3 years of  experience in managing high-performance sales

Senior Accountant

We’re looking for someone to join our Accounting team, you’ll be working with and alongside talented and passionate people around the world. We are looking for a highly accountable, flexible individual, who is technically excellent, works hard, can nurture productive working relationships, and operate with a considerable degree of autonomy

  • Accounting for commercial organizations (full support);
  • Work with primary accounting documents and cash operations flows in financial activities of clients in accordance with the legislation of Morocco and according to the client needs;

  • To assist during the external audit process and provide required reports to auditor

  •  Supports the development and implementation of organizational strategies and plans for internal generation and management of funds to ensure financial sustainability
  • Prepare bi monthly report/summary on outstanding imprest balances
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for Management

You have:

  • ACCA/CPA Certified;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role or financial control 
  • Experience of working with Consultancies or in small/medium organisation, especially in the service sector is an advantage 
  • Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks is a strong advantage)
  • Auditing, Book-keeping and accounts & Budget planning and control
  • Excellent IT Skills, particularly in Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, Charts etc) & MS Office Package
  • Knowledge of the English language (at least intermediate level),
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Service Quality Analyst

A Quality Specialist position means building a bridge between the quality standards and the final service we offer in Glovo. The quality specialist is responsible for ensuring the Voice of the Customer is heard, understood and prioritised across our service processes, training, tools and product. This position is maximising impact of every support interaction through process standardisation and actionable data-informed insights on our service gaps and drivers of customer happiness. In addition to being a key enabler of agent effectiveness the quality specialist is responsible for collaborating with other teams in LiveOperations to create the best (and efficient) customer experience possible at scale.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Plan, perform and oversee inspection and testing of products to ensure the quality deliverable
  • Document quality assurance activities, such as internal audits
  • Identify key business requirements, compliance and behaviors per customer type/country and translate it to a measurable framework
  • Perform proactive analysis (quantitative and qualitative) to identify gaps and opportunities for alignment/improvement
  • Outline quality assurance policies and procedures & define scalable processes
