Your Missions:
- Staff
monitoring, development of monitoring tables (actual and forecast),
Management of fixed-term contracts and their rotation, Management of
contracts by Category.
- Participates
in the recruitment of the SEGMENT, in conjunction with the recruitment
manager, plans and monitors the integration of employees
- Advises the
managers in the daily management of its teams: behavior, competence, team
autonomy, communication t-be implemented as well as during HR events:
increases, promotions, sanctions, transfers, career.
- Interviews
with employees for all HR questions.
- Ensures the
2nd level return of absence interview.
- Ensures the
progress of actions in terms of health, safety, working conditions,
safety, environment in conjunction with the safety / environment manager
and 5S.
- Watch over the
social climate,
- Delegations of
staff representatives follow.
- Forwards all
requests from representatives of their segment t-the site’s HRBP.
- Ensures
compliance with labor legislation (Law, Convention, Agreements) and
