Trade Marketing Manager

Your main activities will be the following:

  • Translate & execute go-to-market plans to deliver in line with Market Budget, focusing on numerical distribution, PMR and quality of the shop’s display.
  • Translate Marketing strategies (brand initiatives and launch plans) into customised plans by channel/account.
  • Reference for decisions on assortment, distribution, display, pricing, promotion at Trade Partner level.
  • Develop promo plans by channel/account, in collaboration with the product/category team.
  • Conduct business/competition analysis and gather market insights.
  • Analyze and supervise Sell In and Sell Out performance by Channel/Account.
  • Contribute to optimize Sales execution effectiveness and Trade coverage.
  • Propose and monitor trade terms and incentives.
  • Supervise the generation of 3/6 months rolling Sales Forecast (ODP) by Channel/Account, in close alignment with sales and product/category team.
  • Key trade partners meetings preparation and participation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master degree in marketing or any related field
  • Experience as a product manager, category manager, trade management or any similar responsibilities
  • Driving license and means of transport
  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to build and maintain durable relationships with your stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand the market and the competitors to take strategic decisions
  • High sensibility to customer behaviour, capacity to analyze and understand it
  • Proactive and curious
  • autonomous and with entrepreneurial approach/spirit
  • Knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and SAP is a strong asset

Senior Financial Analyst

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building financial plans (Forecasting/Budgeting)
  • Identifying and diving into risks and chances to financial forecasts
  • Analyzing variances of margin between different periods
  • Managing back margin for ~15 clients
  • Preparing and analyze fixed costs reporting
  • Providing inputs to the monthly financial & commercial presentations
  • Providing ad-hoc financial analysis to support the sales and marketing related decisions and performance follow up
  • Preparing the month end closure process, including the maintenance of the chart of account and profit/cost centers hierarchy  
  • Developing and maintaining the tools used by commercial finance teams
  • Oversight on SOX and internal controls related to the job scope
  • Identifying opportunities for processes & reports simplification and reengineering

Minimum requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Management
  • Min. 3 years of experience in financial planning and/or accounting of a multinational company
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced French and English are required (both: written and spoken)
  •  Driving Licence is a MUST due to the location

Preferred skills and experiences:

  • Highly expertise in SAP Fi-CO, BI, Hyperion, Excel
  • ACCA/CIMA study will be an asset
  • Flexibility and adaptability in changing environment
  • Proactive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who can work individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Inbound Planner

The team you will be a part of:

The Supply and Logistics team is responsible for keeping the appropriate levels of materials and/or stock supplies with the aim to maximize inventory control and company sales. Organizes deliveries to meet given deadlines and customer expectations. Supervises and tracks the flow of materials and products from suppliers throughout the organization.

This role in summary

Manage the inbound flows of Product from the suppliers to the RDC. Responsible for analyzing performance of the carrier and freight forwarders in order to properly ensure the required documentation for the customs clearance.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Follow up and track all the goods in transit (Finished Goods and Spare Parts ) shipped via Sea, Road and Air shipments.
  • Create and ensure the visibility of  the Shipping Notifications/Inbound deliveries for all Containers invoiced by TPS.
  • Ensure timeliness, correctness and completeness of shipping documents for each inbound shipment, as being a playmaker to receive all complying documents required for smooth customs clearance.
  • Anticipate solving the issues related to the shipping documents and the system inconveniences.
  • Share with the Transit service provider the relevant documents and information to allow fast customs operations, and share weekly report of the expected arrivals accordingly.
  • Share daily reports with all departments of the clearance status, warehouse reception date and highlight main clearance issues and delays.
  • Ensure cross functional coordination with all logistics’ services.
  • Drive and coordinate activities with his/her Supervisor.
  • Contribute to SC continuous improvement projects.
  • Build and improve with the Supervisor an Inbound dashboard with all needed KPI’s to ensure regular and wide visibility on Inbound activities.
  • Update instantly all KPI’s in the Dashboard and share it with the OTD team.
  • Challenge Shipping companies on their KPI’s ( Performance ) to ensure continuous improvement of the transit time.
  • Coordinate with the Demand Planner/central Shipment  via Regular and daily report on all ongoing shipments and also expected departure from factories.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply chain
  • 2-4 years of experience in similar roles
  • preferably graduated from  engineer schools
  • Fluent in English and French

Marketing Manager

Your main activities will be the following:

  • Local Brand Strategy, Trade Marketing and Product strategy  for Morocco market
  • Contribute to delivering market P&L and provide input to SEEMEA cluster (South East Europe, Middle East and Africa) P&L.
  • Define Market Investment priorities on category and Trade Partner level,  in alignment with Sales Manager and Country Manager.
