Manager
Primary
Responsibilities
- Ensures the workforce is
committed to the BeyondZero™ culture of caring philosophy thereby creating
a safe working environment.
- Develops, communicates, and
implements the strategic goals in alignment with the Corporate Center of Excellence
and Field Services Leadership team.
- Track and Manage Safety
Evaluation Reports (SER).
- Work with other internal
technical groups on procedure and policy development.
- Subject matter expert for the
compliance with federal, state, and provincial requirements relative to
HSE.
- Work with Key Stakeholders to
develop and implement a robust injury case management program.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of
experience in industrial construction and/or maintenance field required
- Minimum of 5 years of management
experience, preferably at the HSE Manager level or higher required
- Demonstrated safety leadership
experience required
- A relevant Health and Safety
tertiary undergraduate or post graduate qualification preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills with people at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated
experience in building relationships.
- Solid communication skills, both
verbal and written.
Scheduler
Description
- Works with the Maintenance
Execution and planner to coordinate work orders sequences.
- Determines interdiscipline
restraints or interfaces which define activity
sequences.
- Determines critical path
activities and Identifies significant activities supporting
interdiscipline requirements.
- Performs schedule
updating and Monitors schedule deviations and proposes corrective
action
- Provides schedule knowledge on a
continuous basis to assist in planning and interfacing with
others.
- Prepares schedule, manpower, and
quantity progress and performance reports
Qualifications
- Engineering Degree or equivalent
- General Knowledge of Mechanical
& Electrical Maintenance
- Experience as Scheduler
- Scheduling softwares (MS
Project, Primavera)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and
AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical,
self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous,
organized multi-tasker, able to work independently and a pro-active team
player.
Project
Engineer
The primary
responsibility of the project engineer is to ensure the technical integrity of
the project including compliance with the project scope, project
specifications, accepted good engineering practices, JESA and our clients’ work
processes, project schedule and overall budget. Project engineer is
typically assigned the responsibility of a large project or multiple small
projects, and performs the work under the direction of project manager.
The work
location will be in Jorf Lasfar, El Jadida, Morocco.
- Oversees the engineering
activity (all disciplines) on a small project, or designated portions of a
project for a global business unit
- Plans and directs engineering
assignments on the project
- Have technical responsibilities
for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating these assignments
- Supervises the engineering
activity on a relative small size project or designated portions of a
larger project
- May exercise operational
supervision over other project engineers when in a designated lead
position
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of
industry standards and design criteria within the engineering industry
- Strong knowledge of HSE
procedures and practices
- Proficient knowledge of project
engineering processes and procedures
- Proficient execution planning
skills
- Strong in organizing and
managing complex engineering activities
- Working knowledge of project
control systems
- Working knowledge of the EPC

Qualifications
- BS or MS in an Engineering field
with a minimum of 6 years’ of related experience in engineering
- Professional Engineering
certification in related discipline preferred
- Refinery work experience is
preferred
- Strong analytical,

HSE
Director
Main
Responsibilities:
The HSSE
Director will develop and implement the strategic HSSE plan in line with the
Jacobs core HSSE procedures and procresses. He manages an HSE functional staff
supporting day-to-day field activities within a Business Line. He will lead and
support the HSSE Beyond Zero culture by developing effective partnerships,
communicating, facilitating and aligning HSSE improvements either directly
and/or through others
- The HSSE Director will develop
and implement the strategic HSSE plan in line with the Jacobs core HSSE
procedures and procresses. He manages an HSE functional staff supporting
day-to-day field activities within a Business Line. He will lead and
support the HSSE Beyond Zero culture by developing effective partnerships,
communicating, facilitating and aligning HSSE improvements either directly
and/or through others
- Establish HSE strategic plans
and programs; assess and measure performance; research and facilitate
data-based change; achieve implementation agreement and validation of
effectiveness.
- Reinforce the culture of Beyond
Zero of continuous improvement with a focus on best practices and develop
transversal initiatives line with the Jacobs core HSSE system.
- Ensure that the core Jacobs
system (SPA, SOR, investigations, SER, reviews and follow-up) are
completed.
- Reports to the JESA CODIR the
overall HSSE Performances, KPI’s and action plan for all the JESA LOB and
Stakeholders.
- Builds and fosters a system
where skills and competency development are continuously improved and
performances rewarded
- Act as the JESA single point of
contact for all HSSE Matters for the Stakeholders and Ecosystem
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience
in HSE
- 5 years + of managing
supervisors at a regional level
- Industrial Experience required
- Master or advanced degree in HSE
or HSE related field required
- Experience with all facets of
safety programs in an industrial environment, including planning,
training, implementation, monitoring, certification, and OSHA compliance
preferred
- Must have a strong knowledge on
large scale project management within a complex environment
- Must be able to adapt to any
kind of environment or culture
Maintenance
Manager
Technical/Functional
Responsibilities:
- Mobilizes projects upon award
- Prepares sales materials and
makes sales presentations on maintenance services
- Establishes proposals and
commercial terms; negotiates contracts and terms, establishes
overhead budgets and fee plans
- Responsible for knowledge of
safety policies and procedures; responsible for group safety program
- Directly supervises and assesses
employees; coaches, trains, and provides leadership and guidance
Qualifications

Experience
- Minimum of 10 years experience
in heavy industrial maintenance and/or construction
- Minimum of 5 years at Site
Manager level and above
- Demonstrated experience in
safety leadership and motivating others to maintain an incident free
workplace
