Client Advisor Chinese Speaker (Marrakech)

We are currently looking for Client Advisors – Mandarin Speaker for our store of Marrakech.
-As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise.
-You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.
-You will proactively reach out to your Clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
-Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
-Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
-Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty
-Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
-Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
-Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
-Follow the company’s policies and procedures

Proficient French and Mandarin, fluent English.
A previous background in retail or hospitality and luxury is not mandatory, but will be positively considered.

Chinese Speaker Client Advisor (Casablanca)

Team Manager

Louis Vuitton Casablanca is seeking a high caliber, commercially-minded Team Manager with a thorough understanding of the luxury market and a key focus on team and client development. In a context of constant growth, this role will lend leadership support to the overall business and team.
As a Team Manager, you will take ownership of a category within the business, develop and lead teams, foster client relationships, be strategically agile to drive strong sales results and ensure the highest level of client service is delivered. You will be responsible for providing market expertise in relation to client needs and developing strategies to maximize product performance by leveraging visual merchandising, client development training and team animations.

PROFILE:
To be successful in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of the luxury retail market, gained through extensive experience working in the industry. You will be a champion of clienteling – recruiting new, and developing existing – clients within the brand, proactively capitalizing on all possible opportunities to grow your business.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, not necessary from the retail or luxury sector, but with preference from a sales and service/client oriented environment.
  • Strong knowledge and a genuine appreciation and interest in luxury products and Clients.
  • Proficiency in both French & English.
  • Computer literacy.
  • University Degree, a post graduate Diploma is added value but not mandatory.
