Plant Customer Quality Engineer

We are hiring for the new JIT Kenitra plant a Customer quality Engineer to lead customer response system, direct customer interface for all quality customer plant performance concerns, and ensure that all concerns are properly directed to appropriate personnel expeditiously which includes overseeing customer onsite Quality Liaison’s and their activities.


Required skils:
  • 3 years (minimum) of proven experience in a similar position
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Expert in problem solving and analytical skills using 8D methodology
  • Competent in quality tools, and process/production control methods
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings to ensure the understanding of the agreed quality parameters and product specific requirements
  • Working knowledge of quality and/or internal audit processes, including knowledge of process/production control methods
  • Expert in customer specific requirements
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsabilities: 
  • Primary interface between customer and the Manufacturing Plant
  • Proactively interact with the customers at their site as required or as necessary
  • Function internally as expert on customer specific requirements relative to product, process, expectations for quality related items
  • Communicate regularly with customer quality organization to keep the customer view of quality performance up-to-date
  • Coordinate and control closure of all customer related corrective and preventative quality issues in close cooperation with production plant quality, supplier quality and engineering organizations
  • Responsible for validating and verifying corrective actions in production process
  • Coordinate necessary sorting activities on-site (Customer plants) in cooperation with the plant manufacturing quality team
  • Coordinates customer PPAP submission
  • Attend all customer initiated regular and sporadic quality meetings representing the organization and position
  • Manage data entry and updates of the customer issue response system and the Lear internal customer data entry system 
  • Coordinates and actively participates in visits by the customer for quality related activities or audits
  • Supervises the manufacturing plant liaisons on site at the customer location ensuring that issues are addressed and responded to.
  • Has the authority and the responsibility to stop any process or product delivery in case of a non-conformance of customer expectations, safety or environmental risks.

Warehouse coordinator

We are hiring for our wiring plant in Kenitra a Warehouse Coordinator to control the Warehouse flow (inbound & outbound) & ensure policies & procedures are respected . 

He will be responsible for the following: 
  • Make under control warehouse flow (inbound & outbound) & ensure polices & procedures are respected according LEAP manual
  • Lead and develop Warehouse team
  • Ensure 100 % success of internal/external and cutomer audits
  • Support & succeed all new project launch 
  • Ensure the continuous improvement culture is maintained inside warehouse and support all kaizen ideas implementation
Too be successful for this role
  • Supply chain/Industrial Engineering degree 
  • 8 years experience in Logistics (2 years at least in Warehouse management) 
  • Proven experience in automotive industry – Wire harness activity ideally


Senior Maintenance Manager

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :
  • Maintenir le fonctionnement et la disponibilité des machines, outils, automatismes et mécanismes de support. 
  • Superviser la réalisation de la maintenance préventive et corrective au niveau des moyens de production, afin   d’atteindre la qualité et le volume de production prévus, dans les meilleurs délais et au moindre coût.
  •  Etablir des plans d’amélioration de la disponibilité des machines
Approvisionnement et mise au point des moyens techniques de production :
  • Affecter à chaque moyen de production les outils nécessaires à leur bon fonctionnement.
  • Lancer les commandes de produits nécessaires en cas de changement des références.
Maintenance corrective :
  • Organiser et coordonner l’ensemble des tâches assignées aux techniciens de maintenance corrective.

Coordination et divers :

Deputy Engineering Manager

We are hiring for our Kenitra wiring plant a Deputy Manager to ensure the achievement of program objectives in terms of manufacturing production systems principles, process standards, quality & cost. He/She will also lead car leaders to meet plant KPI : Efficiency, Quality & CI.
This manager will also set up of the manufacturing plan for new MYs & new launches and ensure the monitoring of all program development phases

Main missions: 
  • Lead the program milestone by setting up the manufacturing timing plan, defining the budget, preparing the product data, ordering the equipment ensuring the process set up & manufacturing data (Work instruction & method) are in place.
  • Key contact in the daily meetings with LU, Program manager & Commercial for program follow up, issues highlight & problem solving
  • Lead cross functional team: engineering, quality, production & Logisticsto ensure that manufacturing activities related to MY changes are per manufacturing timing.
  • Reporting of the program progress, risk & highlights to get management support
  • Leading the risk assessment activity & PFMEA reviews for new MYs & new launches 
Main requirements: 
  • Proven experience in a similar position in automotive industry ( Wiring preffered)

  • Execute and coordinate IT projects in the plant, with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Technical lead in either Server or Network related technologies.
  • Manage and coordinate IT support issues using Ivanti helpdesk tools, including business critical IT incidents, in line with the Escalations process.

  • Provide data and reporting of KPI’s and trends to internal customers and stakeholders.

The position, which reports to Rabat Software and Systems Manager and to the Global Tooling Manager, main objectives are:
•Supervise Software and System tooling activities.
•Manage the HIL laboratory
•Lead the training for the laboratory tooling.
•Coordinate and track deliverable of all the planned software and system internships.
•Part of the SPEG tooling group

The position is responsible for:
•Define tooling equipment for new projects (RFQs, ..)
•Asset purchasing, reception and tracking (Licenses and Materials)
•Establish a yearly calibration of the Laboratory equipment
•Asset maintenance and renewal
•Establish the yearly capex need for the software and system department

The main responsibilities of the SW Team Leader Role are to manage, plan and control the software development in a project from requirements analysis to software release, act as the software aspects interface to the customer and other project groups


The position is responsible for:
·       Plan and control the software development tasks of a project
·       Define development and test strategies

·       Manage software resources of a project
