Compliance Monitor MTL
Support the
implementation and continuous improvement of an effective Compliance program
with specific focus on relevant health regulations (e.g., fraud & abuse,
promotional/non-promotional, clinical) and industry codes. Lead the development
and execution of effective monitoring and remediation activities in assigned
country/ region.
Minimum requirements
University
Degree in business, finance or other relevant subject matter; Advanced degree
preferred English, French and Arabic
• Minimum 3 years of experience in
internal audit and/or compliance, in the pharmaceutical, device or healthcare
industries, with a baseline understanding of Country and Regional legislation
and guidelines (eg., FCPA, UK Bribery Act, EFPIA, EGA); Audit/monitoring in the
clinical research area is a plus
• Experience in a highly regulated industry
with its dynamics, regulatory framework
• Ability to lead complex projects and
collaborate within and across cross-functional teams and business units, in a
matrixed environment

Supply
Chain Operations Supervisor
Implement
and follow the Global Integrated Supply Chain Processes in order to optimize
Supply chain operations for all Novartis divisions. This shall be manifested by
meeting required customer service levels and providing superior results at the
optimal total supply chain costs.
Minimum requirements
BS degree in
Operations Management, Supply Chain, Statistics, Business administration,
Engineering, or similar Logistics / Supply Chain qualification preferred French
/ English, Arabic preferred 5+ years experience in similar roles in supply
chain in a multinational organization and/ or pharmaceutical industry is
required
Communication
Associate MTL
The purpose
of this role is to develop and implement an integrated communications strategy
that enhances the Novartis Pharma reputation, in line with corporate guidelines
and in tune with local market conditions. The strategies and programs should be
targeted to external and internal audiences with a strong social media element
and with patient inclusion as the cornerstone of our business. Internally, the
role focuses on providing communications councel and support to senior
management, ensuring associate engagement, and increasing readiness in the
areas of social media, product communications and patient relations.
Externally, the role focuses on building strong relationships with patients and
patient organizations to improve outcomes, implementing and localizing global
integrated patient-inclusive product communications campaigns for launch and
established products, and leveraging corporate initiatives and CSR activities.
Simultenaously full preparation for potential crisis & issues should be
garanteed. The role will also focus on Strategic project assistance to the
General Manager and support in their rollout and implementation. To be
successful in this role a strong collaboration with several internal
stakeholders on a regional and country level across divisions is key.

University
degree (inc. marketing, communications, business, English) Fluent English,

healthcare/pharma industry and or Non-Profit Organizations

Access Manager MTL
•To develop
value dossiers and value proposition
