An exciting

directly to the Industrialization Manager and located in the Salé
Electronics Manufacturing Plant, you will lead project lauches and
industrialization activities of all RSA Programs.
Missions:
-Monitor
& Drive timing projects.

follow up preparation for customer milestones and audit

establishment and follow up
-Push for
cost saving implementation
-Participate
in the RFQs elaboration of awarded projects.

Lear Kenitra
is opening an exciting new position as Continuous Improvement Leader!
As a
CI Leader within the Kenitra Plant, reporting directly to the Plant Manager,
you will be in charge of improving the outcomes of manufacturing and develop
strong operational excellence strategy. Support the executive team to increase
the processes efficiencies, optimize costs and increase customer satisfaction.
Your
missions:
-Develop
consistent Value Stream Maps (VSMs) at assigned site.
-Partner
with all site leaders from executive, middle, and associate level teams.
-Ensure a
consistent site project pipeline
-Work
closely with the CI global team to ensure Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practices
(LSS & BP) compliance and implementation.
-Identify
and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of
LSS & BP across the site enterprise.
-Deploy LSS
& BP strategy across the site enterprise, ensuring common company training
compliance and understanding at all levels of the organization
-Partner
with Site executives and initiate Policy Deployment Strategy (PDS) for
Performance, Goals, and Objectives

We are

project & launches. Looking for an experienced Engineer, ideally with an
Embedded Systems background, fluent English speaking and electronic knowledge.
Main
missions:
-Developing
and delivering cost competitive designs on time, on budget, on quality target,
meeting the customer requirements (Flawless Product Development and Launch).
-Leading the
Product Engineering for RFQs and awarded projects through development, launch
and serial production following LPMP and APQP.
The
position is responsible for:
-Engineering
customer interface.

Engineering budget, forecast and expense control(resources, expenses and CAPEX)

Missions
principales:
Concevoir et
développer des éléments de sièges, sous la responsabilité d’un Responsable
Etudes Projet et d’un Responsable Etudes Plateforme:
-Établir et
valider les plans aux dates requises
-Mener les
études et modifications des composants des sièges au fur et à mesure des
modifications du produit pendant les phases de conception, développement et
industrialisation
-Suivre l’évolution
du cahier des charges client
-Responsable
de la nomenclature des produits et suivi des mises à jour
-Chercher et
proposer des solutions études alternatives concernant les divers éléments
composant le siège complet.
-Développer
des concepts études
-Assurer les
interactions directement avec les différents contacts chez le client et le
fournisseur
-Responsable
des AMDEC et des chaînes de cotes siège complet
-Utiliser
les systèmes de gestion des données Lear PLM, LPMP

We are
hiring a Sales Manager in charge of commercial relations with the PSA Groupe in
Europe & North Africa based in Morocco.
Your
missions:
-Responsible

Engineer
There is an
exciting new position in our Kenitra E-Systems Plant as a Process
Engineer!
Your role
would be to lead the process engineering team for manufacturing process
setup,
lead cross
functional team to improve the efficiency but also lead the risk assessment
& PFMEA reviews according.
Your main
mission will be to:
-Determine
space requirements for several functions and plans, improve production methods
including lay-out, tooling, production equipment, material and assembly
methods, and manpower requirements.
-Works in
conjunction with planning and design staff to configure the product and tooling
to ensure efficiency in the means of production.
-determine
the production time and identifies the necessary methods to optimize the
production program.
-Identify
jointly with the production manager the tools needed to make changes in the
production, taking into account the environmental aspects.
-Apply
statistical methods to make estimates of production potential for future
orders.
-He/She
oversees the monitoring of the Quality Plan of the company in order to optimize
production methods and processes.
-Inform the
head of the engineering department of the company about the manufacturing
capacity in front of the production program and any problems to facilitate
decision-making.
-He/She is
responsible for detecting with the central engineering of any new developments
of tools and machinery in order to optimize the manufacturing process.
-Encourage
