Head of IT
Reporting to the COO, the Head of IT shall lead and oversee the IT team
to ensure the necessary support and delivery is being provided to the
operations and other support functions. He/She shall devise and implement the
IT strategies and policies in line with the Allianz Services aims and
objectives.
Key Requirements and
skills:
- Excellent
communication skills (English and French)
- Excellent
skills in computing, software development and software design
- Financial and analytical expertise
- Strong managerial and training skills
- Strong strategic and business mindset
- Knowledge of
IT infrastructure, budget planning and project management
Qualifications and
experience:
- Degree holder
in IT, Computer Science, IT Engineering or equivalent
- A master’s
degree or certification in advanced IT would be an advantage
- Minimum 10
years of relevant experience in IT, networking and programming
- 3 years at executive level
Main duties and
responsibilities:
PEOPLE:
- Lead and
motivate internal team members to ensure optimum IT delivery and
efficiency.
- Develop a
strong base of reliable suppliers, providing high quality services at the
right price.
- Facilitate
interaction with central team members
IT SERVICES:
- Provide reliable,
efficient and responsive IT operations and support.
- Drive the
level of services in legacy, while containing investments and run costs to
the bare minimum.
- Balance the
use of internal and external resource (the externals only if strictly
necessary).
- Plan, whenever
applicable, the reorganization of the internal team.
- Actively
contribute to the roll out of the IT Group Platforms.
- Decommission
legacy whenever possible, also reviewing the design activities in the
company to maximize rapid decommission of legacy.
CHANGE DELIVERY:
- Successfully
deliver the IT components of the business change programs.
- Improve
customer service and optimize organizational efficiency.
- Support
Digitalization and Customer Centricity by supporting the business in
Digital and Direct as well as in the rollout of innovation.
- Implement
strong change governance, which allocates limited IT and financial
resources to the highest value initiatives.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Passionately
champion the delivery of outstanding service to internal customers and
external consumers.
- Provide
proactive communication to keep people informed.
- Build
relationships and influence, particularly with senior stakeholders.
- Show
collaborative Leadership by supporting the CEO, Organizational Management
and the COO across the company world, particularly in the management and
monitoring of Change Person Days.
- Establish a
working relationship with the respective Local CFO, to ease the financial
management of the company.
STRATEGY:
- Publish and
implement the IT Group strategy. Produce
plans and roadmaps.
- Source and
sponsor IT Group solutions to drive the company business strategy and the
IT strategy.
COMPLIANCE:
- Implement and
adhere to appropriate Group processes and procedures.
- Own the IT
aspects of regulatory compliance and the IT components of information
security.
- Lead the IT
Steering Committee and use it to help ensure good corporate governance of
IT.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
- Own revenue
and capital budgets.
- Run IT
activities, achieving Customer Centricity (excellence in service level and
satisfaction of business priorities) and Technical Excellence (efficiency
to be measured as Actual vs. budget and Change Person Days).
- Respect of budget
and change person days.
- Alignment to
IT Group processes and procedures (such as approval request for projects,
new expenses and resources management)
Head of Branch
The Head of Branch (HOB) is leading the Allianz Technology (AZT)
branch and develops the regional/local business and organization in alignment
with the overall AZT strategy/mission. HOB oversees all business activities
with end-to-end accountability for delivery and operations, covering the entire
service portfolio of AZT. HOB has full authority of all branch financial topics
including P&L and all cross functional tasks such as People Function, Risk
Management and Compliance. HOB acts as “account delivery executive” for the
OEs/customers of the branch. The candidate should report to CDO India/Mauritius
and KAM French Region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the
branch business with its employees, act as primary regional/local
spokesperson for AZT
- Develop and
implement local/regional strategy in alignment with mission and strategic
ambitions of AZT
- Provide
inspired leadership to the employees in the branch; create
- An
environment, which promotes great performance and focuses on employee
development
- Oversee
regional/local day-to-day service quality and project delivery
- In an
end-to-end perspective and facilitate continuous service improvement to
increase quality
- Drive the
change agenda of the branch
- Handle as
accountable manager the customer interactions on management level and
build partnership with the OEs
- Ensure
customer satisfaction (e.g. collect NPS feedback and manage follow up
activities)
- Coordinate and
manage the regional/local Heads of Functions (e.g. Infrastructure, Finance)
- Overall accountable
for the branch financials and regional/local contracts
- Manage and
develop the organization and the People Function of the
- branch
according to the Corporate Design, People Function policies as well as to
local law
- Support audits
and protect the company from legal struggles or facing other difficulties
due to non-compliance issues
- Account and
Delivery manager for the AZ Services scope of activities
Insurance:
- Lead day to
day operations of teams under the span of control while ensuring OE vision
and strategy is aligned
- Proactively
manage the relationship with key stakeholders and ensure customer delight
in every touch point
- Deliver
enhanced value to customer by driving productivity gains and other
initiatives in the teams under the span of control
- Ensure
operational service excellence by introducing efficient
- processes,
work flow tools and systems which enables the teams to deliver the
enhanced service levels effectively
- Ensure staff
engagement and career development activities are
- practiced in
teams in line with the organizational guidelines.
- Encourage teams towards productivity improvements
- Participate in
monthly touchpoints with clients to present KPIs in line with contractual
agreements
- Ensure highest
quality of service to encourage expansion of business
- Control
P&L for the division in a cost-plus model ensuring regulatory margins
are achieved
- Ensure there
is no revenue loss for the organization by proactive hiring and retention
of valuable talents.
- Collaborate
with support teams & Allianz Services global entities for the
betterment of service to the Allianz customer
- Ensure teams
comply with OE and local regulations and maintain Allianz group standards
at all times

l’ensemble de notre réseau d’intermédiaires et à les accompagner dans le
processus de cotation rapide.
Principales
Attributions:
- Négocier et souscrire des affaires nouvelles pour
le produit Allianz Chifaa et Chifaa Monde conformément au « Risk
Appetite », aux standards de souscription et aux procédures internes.
- Délivrer les meilleures prestations à nos
intermédiaires en veillant au respect de nos engagements en termes de
qualité de service et de délais.
- Gérer le workflow des cotations.
- Assister les intermédiaires avec l’outil dédié
aux cotations.
- Suivre de façon régulière la performance de
l’entité.
Profil Requis:
- Bac+3 en Management, Economie ou équivalent.
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste
similaire.
- Excellente compétence communicationnelle à
l’écrit et à l’oral.
- Ouverture d’esprit et capacité d’apprentissage.
- Aisance relationnelle.
