Talent Acquisition Partner Trust &
Safety

Trust & Safety team at TikTok helps ensure that our global community is
safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and
hiring strategies are aligned with TikTok people strategies.
2. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent
requirements and fulfil hiring plans along with business timelines.
3. Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse,
ambitious talent to join our team.
4. Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous
experience as well as culture fit with TikTok environment.
5. Lead key initiatives and projects with the Trust & Safety team, and
other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting
operations and results.
6. Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the
application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview
process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations
and closing of candidates.
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of end to end recruiting experience
2. Strong communication and organisational skills.
3. Keen attention to detail, and experience in both building and executing
recruiting processes.
4. Passionate about providing a great experience for all our candidates,
whether they pass or not.
5. Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability – you’ll have lots of
support but often have to figure out the solution yourself.
6. Experience closing senior and/or executive-level candidates and negotiating complex
compensation packages.
7. Optimistic and collaborative – we’re building an awesome team and looking
for someone excited to roll their sleeves up and join us as we start this
journey.
8. Talent Acquisition experience in eCommerce & technology industry will be
an added advantage.
TikTok Live
Content and Event Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and launch Live streaming campaigns by following up popular
topics, events, social hot issues etc.;
2. Explore new campaign strategies and models, and continuously improve the
campaign strategies through data monitoring and analysis;
3. Monitor the revenue growth strategies in the market and provide reports and
suggestions.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year experience in Live streaming industry, especially in
Live streaming or short-video product, familiar with Live streaming platforms;
2. Result-oriented, good logical thinking, strong in data analysis;
3. Strong execution and good capacity for pressure, and a good sense of
communication and co-working
TikTok Live
Agency Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain long-term relationship with MCN and agencies, be
responsible for the training and management of the agencies;On-board MCN, agencies and organization to provide
Talents for live-streaming section.
2. Allocate the corresponding operation support and motivate the agencies to
provide more and better live streamers and build a variety of content
categories;
3. Participate in drafting and revising the policies of agency management,
provide reasonable reference and suggestions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 2 years of working experience
related to Live-streaming, video-sharing, social media or gaming platform
streaming platforms;
2. Relevant working experience or network with influencers, celebrities or live
streaming platforms;
3. Professional, patient communication skills with agencies;
4. Result-oriented, good capacity for pressure;
5. Proficient in both verbal and written
English.
Team leader
Responsibilities:
-Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities within the service.
-Ensure good practice within services.
-Management of teams and individuals
-To establish and maintain effective communication
-Additional Duties Participate in the On-Call system.
-Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, carrying out shifts if
necessary.
-Deputise for the Head of Site, as required.
-Undertake additional activities such as attendance at conferences and involvement
in project groups to further individual and organizational development.
Qualifications:
-Must be BA Holder or higher education degree
-5 years of industry experience (Call center, Content safety, CSR, any relevant
activities)
-2 years of experience in a managerial/leading role.
-Previous experience as a Content moderator or any similar role is a plus.
-Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple
projects
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to work on own initiative while in a Team environment

Community
Content Specialist
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the content safety of short video products, ensuring
their legal compliance.
-Responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing Community Content
Security Standard.
-Engaging in the improvement and operation strategies of Content Management
System.
-Coordinating with supervising departments to timely deal with contents
violating our community regulation, and to update operation standards.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor and above degree, active user of short video products.
-Language competence: native speaker of Arabic; fluent English or Chinese (for
professional communications).
-Caring about current events, with great sense of social issues
-Familiar with Internet laws and regulations.
-Good oral and written competence, strong executing and studying ability and
great responsibility.
