CUISINE
Accountable
for the quality, consistency and production of the restaurant kitchen. Exhibits
culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and
managing all food related functions. Coordinates menus, purchasing, staffing
and food preparation for the property’s restaurant. Works with team to improve
guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Must
ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. Develops and trains team to
improve results.

The Director
of Sales is responsible for total room, banquet, catering, and Spa revenue,
yield strategies, implementation and accountable to a market performance and
meeting budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets. Strategies to
include market mix, pricing, status, and direct sales. The development and
solicitation of business from all markets to ensure the necessary advance
bookings needed for a successful and profitable operation for the hotel.

The Sales
Manager is responsible for effectively guiding customers through event

ensure maximum event and revenue capture from assigned customer base.
Cultivates and maintains relationships with key hotel personnel to enhance the
overall business relationship with hotel. Supports Company initiatives,

To manage
the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s spa, pool and beach in an efficient
and consistent manner in order to drive maximum guest satisfaction and
revenues.
The role
holder is responsible for the revenues generated, for ensuring product
availability and promoting cross-selling across the facility’s retail
components.
EXECUTIVE
CHEF
The
Executive Chef will be responsible for kitchen and all F&B Outlet
operations including menu planning, provisioning, food preparation, and
sanitation. This position directs the training of culinary staff and other
kitchen workers engaged in preparing and cooking foods to ensure an efficient
and profitable food service. The position demands creativity on a daily basis,
excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of
culinary standards. The Executive Chef works well under pressure, is organized,
flexible, self-motivated and is willing to work long hours.
