DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership in similar sized operation preferred.
  • Ability to hear, speak, read and write English and French fluently.
  • Knowledge of computer accounting programs, math skills, as well as budgetary analysis capabilities required.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales skills, revenue management, recruitment, supervision, training, and motivation of managers.
  • Ability to effectively listen, communicate and perform diplomacy with internal and external customers and staff in all situations.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.



CHEF DE CUISINE

Accountable for the quality, consistency and production of the restaurant kitchen. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Coordinates menus, purchasing, staffing and food preparation for the property’s restaurant. Works with team to improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. Develops and trains team to improve results.




DIRECTOR OF SALES

The Director of Sales is responsible for total room, banquet, catering, and Spa revenue, yield strategies, implementation and accountable to a market performance and meeting budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets. Strategies to include market mix, pricing, status, and direct sales. The development and solicitation of business from all markets to ensure the necessary advance bookings needed for a successful and profitable operation for the hotel.





ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

•Assist in carrying out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including recruitment, total compensation, training and development. 
•Assist in delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.




CHIEF ENGINEER

PREREQUISITES:
Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering with positive attitude, Good communication skills and Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor or science, Diploma or college degree in Electrical or Civil engineering preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience and 3 years supervisory or manager experience in engineering hotel department.




SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Provide main telephone coverage for the office
  • Assist with all office sales efforts, including responding to general inquiries and client requests
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory control
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Oversee office and Sales calendar by updating meetings and events
  • Maintain sales contact list for all hotels
  • Assist with coordination of Site Impressions for Sales Managers Assist with generation of Sales Presentations
  • Promotional flyers and handouts for sales calls
  • Handle property collateral and property image requests
  • Represent Hyatt in the highest standards, in all areas of work, with both colleagues and customers
  • Communicate with customers, on-property hotel managers, staff and corporate office on a regular basis




SALES MANAGER – GERMAN SPEAKER

The Sales Manager is responsible for effectively guiding customers through event experiences, identifying solutions that meet their goals and objectives, resulting in a compelling event experience. Utilizes all available tools to ensure maximum event and revenue capture from assigned customer base. Cultivates and maintains relationships with key hotel personnel to enhance the overall business relationship with hotel. Supports Company initiatives, business strategies and Core Values.




IT MANAGER

• Leadership experience in a similar role required
• University/College degree in a related discipline required
• Understanding of hotel applications an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times




SPA AND RECREATION MANAGER

To manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s spa, pool and beach in an efficient and consistent manner in order to drive maximum guest satisfaction and revenues.
The role holder is responsible for the revenues generated, for ensuring product availability and promoting cross-selling across the facility’s retail components.




EXECUTIVE CHEF

The Executive Chef will be responsible for kitchen and all F&B Outlet operations including menu planning, provisioning, food preparation, and sanitation. This position directs the training of culinary staff and other kitchen workers engaged in preparing and cooking foods to ensure an efficient and profitable food service. The position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards. The Executive Chef works well under pressure, is organized, flexible, self-motivated and is willing to work long hours.
