Nous
recrutons pour le compte d’une multinationale américaine qui s’installe sur
Kénitra et opérant dans le secteur de l’industrie automobile un
« Ingénieur Assemblage »
Missions:
- Garantir la fabricabilité du
produit
- Piloter les livrables de la
phase d’industrialisation (dossiers de fabrication, PVI, …)
- Mettre en place l’ensemble des
moyens nécessaires à la production du produit.
- Participation à l’identification
des investissements nécessaires.
- Assurer une veille technologique
sur les moyens et méthodes de production
- Réaliser le dossier de
fabrication et de contrôle
- Analyser la performance de
production et proposer les évolutions nécessaires
- Participer aux projets
d’amélioration et d’optimisation (ex: réduction des coûts de production) à
la rédaction des modes opératoires de production; dépannage; définition
des outillages; mise au point et support pour la montée en cadence.
Profil:
De formation
ingénieur d’état en génie mécanique ou équivalent, vous avez une expérience
probante de 2 ans et plus dans un environnement de production sur un poste
similaire.
Vous avez
une très bonne connaissance des procédés de fabrication
Méthodique,
orienté terrain, vous faites preuve d’esprit d’équipe, de pédagogie et de
capacités d’adaptation.
Vous avez un
bon niveau d’anglais et êtes reconnu pour votre fort esprit
d’analyse et de synthèse.
Superviseur
Production
Pour notre
client, multinationale leader dans le secteur de l’industrie automobile, nous
recherchons des »superviseurs de production »
Responsabilités:
-Réaliser
les programmes hebdomadaires en respectant la qualité, la production et les
délais exigés.
-Assure et
suivre la formation des opérateurs de production.
-Organiser
les tâches de travail pour les opérateurs.
-Améliorer
le niveau de compétence des opérateurs et contribue à la discipline, motivation
et stabilité dans le respect des règles de bons usage et du 5S.
-Suivre
individuellement les opérateurs en terme de compétences technique et s’enquière
de la stabilité et des Problèmes sociaux de ses opérateurs.
-Assurer les
lancements de production avec les services logistique, ingénierie et test.
-Suivre et
optimiser la production avec le service Méthode en participant activement aux
chantiers d’amélioration, d’élimination des gaspillages et amélioration de la
Qualité.
-Suivre la
qualité des opérations, mesure les défauts internes et les améliorés.
-Veille sur
la sécurité et la santé des operateurs
-Responsable
de la tenue de la documentation dans l’atelier de production à jour.
Profil

Rattaché
au Quality Manager votre mission principale sera de:
Participer
au développement des produits et des processus en phase projet pour garantir la
prise en compte des objectifs de qualité.
Activités
- Eliminer les problèmes
potentiels, proposer et suivre les actions d’amélioration permettant
l’atteinte des objectifs de qualité et la réduction des coûts de non
qualité.
- Evaluer la conformité des
processus de fabrication.
- Analyser les non conformités
internes en appliquant les méthodes de résolution de problème
- Coordonner et soumettre la
documentation prescrite pour les échantillons initiaux aux clients
Tâches
principales:
-Préparer la
documentation des échantillons initiaux selon les normes du client.
-Élaborer
des plans de contrôle spécifiques en collaboration avec des responsables de
l’industrialisation, des ingénieurs de qualité et des ingénieurs de
fabrication.
-Introduire
de nouveaux tests en série et les spécifications du nouveau dispositif de laboratoire
en collaboration avec un ingénieur de qualité en production et un chef de
laboratoire.
-Coordonner
des tests de développement de nouveaux produits.
-Vérifier et
approuver la documentation (par exemple, PPAP ASIS, etc.) pour les échantillons
initiaux achetés auprès des fournisseurs de matériaux, composants.
-Participer
à l’animation du Système de Management de la Qualité
-En
collaboration avec le service technique, élaborer et valider les documents
techniques (incluant la documentation de contrôle).
-Analyser
les exigences clients, normatives et règlementaires.
-Coopérer
lors d’un changement avec le responsable de l’industrialisation et les
ingénieurs de qualité.
Profil
-Ingénieur
ou équivalent avec un minimum de 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie
automobile.
-Expérience
en Qualité ou Développement / Industrialisation.
-Connaissance
de l’anglais écrit et parlé.
-Connaissance
de l’IATF 16949 (anciennement ISO / TS 16949), VDA.
-Bonne
connaissance de:
1.
Outils de qualité VDA, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, 8D,
résolution de problèmes, MSA, EMS, exigences spécifiques au client etc.

Règles CEE, ANSI, GB 9556
3.
Systèmes IMDS.
4.

responsibilities and authorities:
Co-ordinate
activities of metrology, metallurgy, reliability and warranty laboratories
- Supervise Laboratory personnel
- Provide laboratory services to
the manufacturing plant:
- Machines run off activities
- Support purchased parts PPAP
approval process,
- Support incoming material
control,
- Support Customer PPAP approval
process,
- Help manufacturing to
stabilize process,
- Validate results of analyses and
test
- Work with quality control in
making major decision relating dispositions of non conforming or suspected
