Regional Equipment Engineer
Overall Purpose of the Role:
- Primary responsibility to
support Europe and Africa Wiring Operation by assuring the technical
background for best-in-class production equipment / machines acquisition.
- Coordinate with region
equipment engineering teams and suppliers the equipment procurement for
the new projects launches, supporting the Plants.
- Special focus shall be
assured on equipment development and standardization on regional and
global level
Your tasks & responsibilities
-Evaluation and benchmarking of machines / equipment’s
technical parameters and prices.
-Technical and economic preparation of machinery purchases,
participation in decision-making process,
-Support of the new projects in terms of industrialization,
investment preparation and acquisition of production equipment,
-Regional support of the Production Plants (Europe + Africa),
-New machines / equipment development, coordination of
developments with suppliers,
-Participation on new machines testing and homologation,
-Consideration of related safety regulations during machines
and equipment selection,
-Contact and development of domestic and foreign suppliers,
-Standardization of production equipment in the region’s
Plants,
-Participation in development projects,
-Specific investment costs reduction.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
-College or university degree (e.g. electrical, mechanical
engineering)
-Fluent English
-CAD design software knowledge;
-Precise, accurate, self-sufficient work;
-Flexible, with good interpersonal skills and willingness to
travel.
SQA Engineer
The SQA engineer is responsible for making sure all
manufactured products meet company and quality standards by Inspecting the
Quality of Raw Production Materials.
Your missions:
- Set up the organization of the
reception and control of the raw material.
- Address complaints to suppliers
(8D reports) and inform the central SQE.
- Ensures follow-up of complaints
and supplier action plans.
- Ensures the approval of new
materials.
- Audit the Raw Material Store
To be successful for this role:
- Experience within an automotive
wiring Industry ( Minimum 2 Years)
- Demonstrated expertise in
problem solving tools : ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO…..
- Ability to work in a high-tempo
environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the
organization.
Language Skills: Good communication skills both
in French and English

Quality Manufacturing Engineer
The Quality Manufacturing Engineer provides a variety of
services, Quality planning, inspection, audit, quality information, quality
improvement consulting, and quality communications are examples of the kind of
services, is a key element whose role ensure good change implementation and
keep all quality KPI’s on target.
Missions:
-Keep the Plant informed of customer complaints and internal
quality issues
-Ensure the execution of the Control plan / Quality system
-Participate in the maintain of IATF16949 certification
-Manage Quality technicians and controllers’ teams
-Ensure Quality Implementation of engineering changes on
different projects
-Follow up of actions issued from Quality issues
-Ensure the organization of workstations in the shop floor
-Perform a periodic audit
-Anime and participate in Quality Roadmap
-Monitor Quality indicators such as IPPM, DPPM
Profil:
- Experience within an automotive
wiring Industry ( Minimum 2 Years, is a must)
- Expertise in process quality
core tools like APQP & PPAP,PFMEA , MSA,PPAP…
- Knowledge of Quality Management
systems including ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, IATF 16949 (standards),140001….
- Demonstrated expertise in
problem solving tools : ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO…..
- Ability to work in a high-tempo
environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the
organization.
Language Skills: Good communication skills both

Cutting quality Manufacturing Engineer
Nous recrutons pour note site Cablage sur Kenitra un
« Cutting Quality Manufacturing Engineer ».
Missions:
-Maintenir l’usine informée des réclamations client et les
problèmes qualité interne ainsi que les indicateurs internes/externes
-Traiter les réclamations clients
-Assurer l’exécution du plan de control/ système qualité
-Gestion des équipes des contrôleurs et techniciens Qualité
-Implémentation des modifications de l’ingénierie sur les
différents projets
-Mise en place des plans d’actions suite aux défauts qualité
-Gestion des Heures Supplémentaires des Contrôleurs et
techniciens Qualité.
-Assurer l’organisation des postes de travail au sein de
l’atelier
-Définir et suivre les engagements qualité.
-Piloter les processus de réparation selon la procédure de
retouche
-Assurer le suivi qualité des prototypes.
-Anime et participe aux groupes d’amélioration Qualité.
-Contrôler si les instructions qualité affichées
correspondent au poste de travail et que les aides visuelles sont en bon état,
-Animer les réunions avec des services multidisciplinaire
Profil:
-Bac+5 avec min 5 ans d’expériences dans l’automobile
-Bonne connaissances des différents processus de la coupe
-Savoir faire en matière de travail en équipe, leadership,
compétences en communication et capacité de travailler avec une équipe
multidisciplinaire
-Bonne maîtrise de la langue Anglaise
