– Ensure the validation of the drying equipment.
– Make the capacity calculation of the drying station.
– Define the future need for expansion.
– Monitor raw material consumption.
– Establish the drying process procedures.

-Engineering
Degree in Plasturgy with 03 years of experience in the automotive industry.

PFMEA
We are
looking for a engineer with experience of working with Failure modes and
effects analysis (FMEA). Your responsabilities will be:
-FMEA, lead
and coordinate manufacturing processes
-Reporting
status and deviations in decided systems / tools and ensure that there are
actions plans to reach target.
Required skills:
-Engineering
Degree.
-Minimum 3
years experience within Manufacturing Engineering.
-English .
-Experience
of driving and performing FMEA
Responsable
Injection
As an
Injection Leader, your responsabilities will be:
-Cooperation
on developing and updating technological PFMEAs.
-Cooperation
on the preparation of the control plan for the individual operations of the
production process and the implementation of the update.
-Cooperation
on development of technological procedures, setting technological conditions of
production and updating.
-Ensure that
changes are made throughout the whole range of technological documentation.
-Improve
scrap / OEE in the injection process
-Improve
cycle norms / times in the injection process
-Display
deviations for the injection process
-Support for
launching new products
-Support for
designing new designs
-Design
specifications for new injection equipment
-Responsible
for the management team of RRL installers
-Responsibility
for the PL rating for the team entrusted
-Responsibility
for preparing the semi-annual evaluation of the team
-Responsibility
for drawing up the personal development plan of the assigned team
