Connectivity’s Technical Engineering Support Teams analyze, test and assist in
research for the development of products and processes. Team members may
specialize in quality control or assurance, chemical manufacturing processes,
metals, electrical connectors and components, process development, materials,
and/or instrumentation. They may also handle calibration, displays, network
control, mold development and audiovisual work or environmental health and
safety. The Technical Engineering Support Teams are responsible for the
completion of assigned engineering projects within budgetary and scheduling
guidelines. They plan, prioritize, and manage multiple engineering projects;
prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team’s overall
resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met. They
evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or

SOLUTIONS PARTNER II
Mission
The Human
Resources Partner will be responsible for all aspects of human resource
function for BU, including recruitment, retention, talent development,
implementation of TE HR policies / systems / procedures, and labour relations.
Tasks
& Responsabilities
- Be first point of contact for
the BU in all HR related matters and act as the general liaison between
employees, managers, and departments to practically solve diverse HR
issues
- Effectively ensure quality and
timely delivery of all HR Services to meet business needs
- Ensures legal compliance with
all applicable employment laws (local law, Anti-Discrimination &
Harassment, etc.) as well as all company policies and procedures within
the BU site
- Overall responsible for the
full cycle recruiting and applicant management, the local new hire
onboarding process, and all employee training activities in a cost and
time effective manner
- Handles termination processes,
including exit interviews
- Ensures local follow up of
global and regional HR programs such as annual performance review and
employee engagement,
- Reviews training programs and
makes recommendations to provide opportunities for continued growth and
development for staff
- Implements and executes
employee relations programs / practices in the Site in order to create a
“great place to work”
- Completes special projects as
assigned by management and work closely with BU HR in developing
initiatives to support the business
Educational
Degree:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
Professional
Experience ( years in what processes and functions would be ideal)
- Approx. 5 years of experience
in various HR assignments
- Experience of working within a
manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive or production
industry

- Strong organizational skills
- Broad knowledge of social and
labour law
- Excellent interpersonal,
