Senior Cost Controller


The purpose of this role is to work in One or some small to medium projects, under minimum supervision and generally reports directly to the Project Manager, the Project Controls Manager or the more senior Cost Engineer. The Cost Engineer uses established systems and procedures to manage all or part of a project cost control function including establishing budgets, capturing commitments and expenditures, generating forecasts, and preparing analyses and reports.
Main Scope/Responsibilities:
Assist during work-hour and staff forecasting with input from leads and Project Manager in different projects
Participate in Earned Value data analysis & reporting in different projects
Assist in the preparation and analysis of cost reports in different projects
Participate in cash flow development, analysis, & reporting in different projects
Assist when conducting special cost studies and prepare analysis in different projects
Assist when forecasting the estimate to complete based on an independent analysis of progress, productivity, work remaining and current commitments
Assist in the preparation of Margin Analysis and contingency
Education:
BA or BS or equivalent related experience
Curricula: Arts, Sciences, Finance
Global Experience:
8 years minimum
Specific Experience in the position:
5 years minimum





Senior Project Control Manager

The senior PCM manages one or many projects and supervises the Project Controls personnel delivrables and performances.
Main Scope/Responsibilities:
To attract, assemble and manage a high-quality Project controls team
To participate in the development of project control procedures and JESA’s Project Controls systems
To routinely report on the cost, schedule and resource trends and forecasts on all projects.
To track the major changes in the assigned project and communicate recommended solutions to management. Assess potential cost and schedule impacts.
To provide governance and corporate support for the Project Controls function within Projects.
To promote Project Controls Capability to our clients
Project schedule and cost baseline frozen in agreed time frame
Project change management process established
Project controls plan in place
Participate in Safety initiatives (SOR, Safety Discussion…) and risk assessment of work activities.
Liaise and educate project managers/directors to clarify project control related issues
Education:
BA or BS or equivalent related experience
Curricula: Arts, Sciences, Finance
Global Experience:
10 years minimum
Specific Experience in the position
2 years min as PCM
