Missions:
Participation
active à la mise en place d’un système qualité approprié et fiable, répondant
aux exigences des normes qualité et exigences spécifiques des clients:
- Traiter les Non Conformités en
réalisant des analyses, en assurant la mise en œuvre des sécurisations
éventuelles suite aux problèmes qualité rencontrés.
- Analyser les origines de défaut
et proposer des améliorations
- Garantir la conformité du
process en pilotant des Audits QA et en traitant toute éventuelle dérive
sur la qualité des produits.
- Veiller au respect des
référentiels qualités (Spécification contrôle, consigne…).
- Organiser et animer des réunions
qualité
- Observer et analyser les
résultats des contrôles effectués lors de la production.
Profil
recherché:
- Formation Bac+2 /
Bac+3 technique (DUT/ISTA/Licence) en Electronique/électromécanique
- Une expérience d’au moins 2
ans dans le secteur industriel .
- Maitrise des outils de la
qualité (8D, PDCA, 7 tools…)
- Connaissance du système qualité
(Assurance qualité, Norme ISO9001, ISOTS16949,…)
- Connaissances en Electronique,
mécanique
- Rigueur, autonomie, organisation
et réactivité.
- Esprit d’analyse et de
résolution de problème

Infirmière
/ Infirmier
Nous
recrutons des Infirmiers H/F à Tanger.
Missions:
- Participer à la réalisation
des visites d’embauches et des consultations médicales annuelles avec
le médecin du travail.
- Assurer la création, la gestion
et la mise à jour des dossiers médicaux de tous les employés de
l’entreprise.
- Assurer la gestion du service
médical.
- Participer à des actions de
prévention, d’éducation, d’hygiène et de sécurité.
- Établir un diagnostic suite aux
accidents de travail et dispenser les premiers soins qui relèvent de sa
responsabilité
- Assurer la disponibilité de tout
le matériel médical (médicaments …) nécessaire à la sécurité des employés

Missions:
- Contribute to new projects
Industrialization / qualifications through Installation, validation new
Assy equipment and development of new manufacturing processes:
- Responsible to define equipment
requirements according to quality objectives, customer and Lear standards.
- Assist and report to process
engineering manager.
- Defines and prepares investment
studies and times for new projects
- Insures capitalization and transversalization
of lessons learned
- Follows homologation of
equipments and auxiliary
- During post-launch phases looks

Demand Planner
Missions:
Secure
Raw Material availability in response to internal needs, to avoid intern line
down & customer impact:
- Manages and analyzes the
inventory levels of raw materials in the warehouse, to propose measures of
safety stock, according to production needs.
- Takes care of tracking inventory, communicate and seek
alternatives for any problem with suppliers and supply problems and
coordinate with the daily production planners so they can modify the
production planning.
- Makes the simulations needed to
anticipate the stock shortage or obsolete creation.
- Prepare the projects agenda in
accordance with the MPS (master planning schedule).
- Learns the rules; understands
them; follows them, and participates in the energy, environment, safety
and health program (e.g. planned inspections; energy, environment, safety
and health suggestions; energy, environment, safety and health management
systems, etc.).
- Reports all incidents, accidents
and unsafe conditions and acts to supervisors or uses the system set up to
facilitate reporting.

Missions:

the modifications of the machines and tools necessary for the manufacturing, by
