In the case
of the introduction of a new product into production, he/she cooperates
with the PD quality engineer and participates on verification of tools,
evaluation of manufactured parts and giving feedback to the tool room and to
the project.
He/she processes
visual aids for parts and assemblies, he/she is responsible for training
the shift auditors
He/she is
responsible for the quality of the launched product in production.
He/she is
responsible for support processing PPAPs when introducing
new projects into production.
In his/her

PROCESS Functional Analyst – DTS/PP
We ar
looking for SAP PROCESS Functional Analyst – DTS/P
- Lead and own all aspects of IT
solutions/applications within the PROCESS working with other cross
functional leads and corporate and regional business

and Responsibilities:
1. Provide
RFQ package to Commodity purchasing for all new parts according to latest valid
project BOM.
2. Verify
free capacities for C/O parts at supplier.
3. Lead
sourcing board and give due dates to commodity buyers including target prices.
Escalate delays within RFQ phase.
4. Lead
supplier program kick-off meetings with High-impact suppliers.
5. Lead High
impact assessment according to internal guideline.

piece price after design changes and level of tooling investments.

tool orders for design changes and initial tool investments too.
