Account Manager
You will:
- Onboard
new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and
information to start working
- Optimize
Glovo visibility in our partners through marketing actions and our
marketing kits
- Improve
operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver
the best service to our customer

feedback from our restaurants and translate it into product improvement

Courier Coordinator
You will:
- Monitor,
anticipate and manage the live operation to ensure a great user experience
- Manage
real-time fleet capacity
- Lead
the communication with the fleet for ongoing orders
- Give
an structured and actionable daily feedback to the ops managers
- Ensure
a smooth operation by coordinating communication with Live Ops support
Requirements:
- Previous
experience as a dispatcher or similar position
- Good
skills in MS Office, G-docs and call center equipment/software programs

Glover Specialist
You will
- Recruit,
train and onboard the entire fleet of Glovers ( our couriers) in the new
city Casablanca
- Be
responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies involving
the acquisition and retention of Glovers
- Have
a Data sensitive approach, making sure that all the information is
transferred to our database and reports
- Be
responsible for all documentation and contracts of Glovers in the city
- Be
there for the Glovers when they need support
- Take
care of procurement, ensuring that all Glovers receive the work kit and
are ready to spread the Glovo brand
- Ensure
that all Glovers are properly trained and prepared to provide feedback to
the Fleet Operations Manager
- Manage
scheduling, attendance and general administration of Info-Sessions while
supporting daily operations through operational supervision and analysis
of KPIs
- Communicate
effectively with the local Operations Manager on customer support
processes and operations
- Improve
processes on behalf of Glovers through projects (when necessary)

previous experience in on-demand fleet management

You will:
- Develop
key strategic initiatives that will help drive the organization into the
future
- Own
and manage large scale end to end projects from strategy through
implementation
- Work
directly with the General Manager of the country evaluating opportunities
together
- Create,
maintain, and communicate detailed project plans
- Develop
analytical frameworks to support decision making at a global scale
- Partner
closely with business stakeholders across functions and regions to provide
insights that drive decisions around process, policy, and service models

- Deliver

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Economics, Business, Engineering or other quantitative fields

years of Consulting / Corporate Finance / Start up related experience
