va Piloter,surveiller et controler les opérations de production sur
ligne clients en veillant au respect des procédures et des
exigences de qualité, sécurité et environnement.
Missions principales:
- L’assistance
du client sur ligne de produit : analyser les problèmes et les traiter,
alerter l’hierarchie en cas de difficultés
- Conduire
une installation de machines
- Décharger
les produits
- Emettre
des documents de suivi de la production
- Trier
les déchets au fur et à mesure de leur production
- Respecter
les règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et d’environnement
Résultats attendus :
- Garantir
le pilotage de la ligne automatisée.
- La
réalisation du plan de surveillance de la zone selon les paramétres
définis.
- Contribuer
au développement d’un climat relationnel favorable avec le client .
Profil:
- De
formation technique bac+ 2.
- Une
bonne connaissance du secteur automobile de préference la peinture
automobile
- Une
connaissance du pack office (Word , Excel)
- Bon
niveau en français
Technicien qualité
Nous recrutons notre technicien qualité qui va
assurer la satisfaction du client en terme de qualité produit.
Missions principales:
- Apporter
une assistance technique aux clients
- Assurer
la mesure de la cuisson des caisses par enregistreur ( étuve)
- Industrialisation
des nouvelles teintes
- Gérer
les réclamations et litiges
- Mettre
en place et suivre les plans de surveillance du process du client
- Respecter
les règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et d’environnement
Résultats attendus :
- Garantir
le renseignement, la mise à jour et le suivi des indicateurs de l’activité
dans le cadre des essais nouvelles teintes sur ligne (No touch, Color
care, Xrite & Harmonie…)
- Garantir
le respect de plan de surveillance.
- Contribuer
au développement d’un climat relationnel favorable avec le client .
Profil:
- De
formation technique Bac+3.
- 2 à
3 ans d’expérience dans le secteur automobile et / ou la
peinture automobile
- Une
connaissance du pack office (Word , Excel)

Customer Service Officer
For our entity in Casablanca – Morocco, we are looking for an
experienced Customer Service Officer to join the Supply Chain and Logistics
team.
What you can expect
Order management
- Be
the main order contact partner for customers for managing day to day order
enquiries and for executing deliveries according to the agreement between
BU and the customer
- Be
responsible and accountable for the order entry, preparation, creation,
check, and validation until delivery note creation using hands-free order
processes where ever possible
- First
availability check and order confirmation (according to BU guidelines). In
case of deviations of availability ensure timely information to customers
- Provide
relevant information for the dispatch and fulfillment (batch
identification, export management, shipping documents and transport
organization)
- Clarify
and/or support lift of order blocks with full respect to the BU Business
Rules Management system and clear understanding of BASF guidelines (credit
blocks, dunning block, export restriction etc.)
- Issue
credit / debit notes for customers based on NCM cases or a business
decision
- Generate
additional sales by offering standardized products in the course of
regular customer interaction; supply technical information packages or
commercial and technical marketing material
- Non-Conformance
Management
- Place
a customer non-conformance in the SAP QM system according to the
guidelines of the BU and ensure consequent communication to the customer
and diligent closing of the non-conformance case
- Customer
Master Data
- Ensure
data is recorded via PASTIS web and contribute to data quality by regular
review of relevant information for order management
- Customer
/ market intelligence
- Gather
relevant data according to BU guidelines and enter data into BU system
(e.g. CRM)
- Safety
- Act
as advocate for all aspects of safe practice. Ensures safety of self and
others through rigorous use of safe practices and procedures with personal
ownership and responsibility
- Training
and best practices
- Participate
in BASF / BU CSO mandatory trainings
Understand model specific performance indicators and
proactively support actions and corrective measures.

Core Responsibilities
Functional / Operational tasks:
1. Steering of
local business in close alignment with regional management gas treatment with
regard to technical marketing activities, budget, forecasting and targeted
NS3P.
2. Design of gas
treatment plants according to customer requirements and BASF IP guidelines
using BASF proprietary tools.
3. Negotiation of
contracts with customers and business partners together with internal partners
and in diverse cultural environment
4. Evaluation and
documentation of market intelligence and competitor activities in the relevant
markets.
5. Adequate
documentation of projects during acquisition phase. Securing information flow
back to commercial and technology unit.
6. Technical
support and training of customers and contractors in an adequate depth and
according to agreed upon targets. Controls, evaluates and documents progress
and achievement of technical mile stones
Strategic tasks:
1. Analysis of the
essential markets in diverse industries in Africa and validation of the market
intelligence for BASF gas treatment product portfolio.
2. Support of
commercial product management and relevant technology units with the analysis
of the technology position in comparison to the competition.
3. Knowledge
management and support of strategy development for market- customer and product
strategies for relevant development projects.
4. Innovation:
§ Transfer of
industry needs into tangible chemical or technical requirements for CI
§ Identification
of areas for the application of new products of own portfolio (on demand)

5. IP-protection:

What we expect
Qualification /Skills/ Experience
Education: Education & training required
- Master
or PhD in engineering or chemical engineering or equivalent
Working Experience:
- Breadth/depth
of experience required
- Experience
working in a business environment
- 2
years of experience in the oil and gas industry eg. Operation Engineer
- Preferably
with work experience in a refinery.
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
- Knowledge
and understanding, high expertise for implementation in Gas treatment
technology
- Knowledge
and understanding in the constitution and negotiation of contracts
- Strong
customer and market knowledge of the African Gas market andProjects
- Knowledge
