As a Store Commercial;
you will work closely with HQ merchandising and commercial teams and
conduct qualitative and quantitative researches to understand
the insights of the customer and provide input to collection design, product
allocation, replenishment, and budgeting process.
Job
Description:
- Observing, investigating and
finding out the customer expectations, needs,
preferences, style, shopping motivations of customers,
understanding the insight of different ‘personas’,
- Performing customer segmentation
for his/her store according to their clothing styles,
- Analyzing sales rankings to
promote the correct merchandise and implementing visual merchandising
activities to increase the sales potential to achieve maximum sales,
- Determining the ideal product
mix of his/her store that fits perfectly to the periodical and occasional
requirements,
- Following up the current trends
to forecast the sales potential,
- Exploring, analyzing,
determining and demanding the ideal product mix that should be in his/her
store,
- Cooperate with HQ merchandising
team,
- Evaluating and giving points
(RANKS) to the future collections in terms of suitability of his/her
store’s customer needs, expectations/preferences.

We are

Job
Description:
- Calculates, keeps and follows
salary, bonus, reward, overtime, additional benefit records of Country
Office and store personnel; prepares and delivers the reports requested by
HQ HR Department
- Acts as the contact person with
Manpower & Immigration Ministry to get the work and residence
permissions for expatriates.
- Archives the records of
attendance sheets for Country Office staff and necessary employee file
documentation, keeps them up-to-date.
- Keeps International Retail
Employee Registration System up-to-date.
- Advises management on work
related regulations, statutory and industrial matters.
- Coordinates Labor relations with
official bodies.
- Acts as the contact person for
Social Insurance System for the related processes. Ensures that new
employees are registered in and resigned or terminated employees are
removed from Social Insurance System.
- Calculates final settlements for
resigned or terminated employees.
- Prepares necessary documentation
for the employees in order to be able them to open bank accounts.

Description:
- Preparation and analysis of all
periodical management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, BS/IS, Treasury, LG,
and other requested reports) established by the company according to the
company’s accounting and reporting guidelines.
- Conducting financial data
analysis and evaluate financial performance
- Conducting on-site and remote
financial control activities to ensure that company standards are applied
and bookkeeping activities are efficiently performed. Controlling
compliance of company and local Accounting & Reporting Guidelines
- Control and analysis of daily
accounting records, they are up to date status and accuracy

store openings, functionality enhancements and upgrades
