We are
hiring for Electronic Rabat Plant an External Quality engineer to ensure
the communication with customer and coordinate the appropriate actions
regarding claims (Field & 0 Miles). Reports and analyzes the quality
figures and customer satisfaction measures. Leads quality improvement inside
and outside the plant.
Your
missions:
- Foresees problems at customer
line which could lead to a claim.
- Builds a tight and solid
professional relationship with customer at plant level.
- Ensures an open and straight
communication line between customer and Lear Plants.
- Suggests improvements to both
customer and Lear.
- Analyzes problems at customer’s
facility to find the proper solution, and informs affected Lear plants to
take appropriate corrective actions.
- Proactive channeling of
information on existing claims to the Plant to perform the analysis and
solve them.
- Provides continuous feedback to
the customer about the status and evolution of existing claims.
- Manages Quality figures (PPM,
DEMIF or any other customer indicator) by dealing with customer about the
number of NOK pieces (shared ownership).
- Employs preventive methodologies
of quality assurance and risk management.
- Improves the design during
prototype and sample stages by making effective contributions.
- Seeks for continuous feedback of
customer satisfaction degree about our product and service.
- Audits regularly how the
customer handles our products.
To
be successful for this role:
- University degree, Quality and

Experienced
Power Electronics Engineer
We are
hiring for our Rabat Engineering Center a Design High Power Electronic
circuits for automotive application. He/She willl be responsible to analyze the
robustness of the circuit design and follow the Hardware Cycle V
development process.
Your
missions:
- Design High Power electronics
circuits for automotive application such as onboard chargers, energy
converters (DC-DC, AC-AC), inverters…
- Monitor robustness design
activities such us (WCCA, DFMEA, CAD simulations).
- Knowledge in EMC.
- Perform HW debug on projects
prototypes according defined test plans.
- Work closely with PCB layout
engineers to be sure the board is compliant to Design constraints.
- Coordinate Hardware project
teams.
- Promote and drive generation of
Lessons Learned on issues affecting Hardware development
To
be successful for this role:
- Must have an important knowledge
in different converter topology.
- Must have knowledge in AC-DC, DC-DC
designs related to SMPS, Buck, Boost, Flyback, Forward, LLC, Half &
Full bridge topologies.
- Working knowledge of analogue
and digital design, transformers, rectifiers, filters, heat-sinking,
batteries, PF correction.
- Must have an important knowledge
in MOSFET, IGBT drive.
- Must be able to quickly
assimilate existing design information and reuse sections of existing
designs where appropriate with the ability to customize and adapt where
necessary.
- Must Have extensive knowledge of
how to optimize the power switching design in terms of efficiency and also
from a layout point of view to control parasitic inductances to minimize
voltage overshoot and ensure stable and controlled switching.

We are
hiring a System Requirement Engineer to maintain the requirements
database, gather measures, analyze and report requirements status to the
management and the project team, provide support to the project team for DOORS
and requirements management related questions.

missions:
- Plan and coordinate the
requirements engineering activities together with the stakeholders (e.g.
Software Lead, Hardware Lead, Test Lead,

missions:

- Leading the Product Engineering
