- Intimate & working knowledge
of EN9100 and quality standards
- Strong working knowledge and
leadership skills using Six Sigma or equivalent problem solving
techniques
- Very
good interpersonal skills, positive and pragmatic approach.
- Change agent capabilities
- Skills at interfacing with
customers, suppliers and auditors.
- Experience of problem solving
processes and Quality Planning activities
- Good people management,
planning and organizational skills
- Mastery of both French &
English
Supply
Chain Analyst
Qualifications:
- University or engineering degree
in supply chain or related field
- 5 years of related
experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Fluency in French and English
- Managing SIOP a plus
- Experience leading a small team
- ERP experience
- MS Office (advanced Excel
skills)
Manufacturing
Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)
in a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or other related field from
four-year college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable
experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on troubleshooting
abilities with mechanical equipment.
- Fluency in English,
Arabic and French
- Must be able to obtain work visa
and pass various governmental screening for international travel and
training.
- Aerospace composite industry
preferred.
- Familiar in Lean Manufacturing
techniques is a plus
Program
Manager
Qualifications:
- Engineering, Science or
Technical Degree.
- PRINCE2 (or equivalent)
- Project
management leadership, ideally 3+ years in a cross
functional environment.
- Aerospace industry is preferred,
but not essential.
- Demonstrated competency of
leading cross functional teams
- Results orientation with strong
written and oral communication skills
- Fluent using MS Project (or equivalent)
- Organised, dynamic and
self-motivated
- Skilled negotiator with
excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and manage
competing priorities in a matrix organization.
- Able to travel as required.
- English & French are
required
