The Role:
Training
and Development Specialist
We
are looking for high caliber professionals to help achieve our goal of

Job Description:
- Conducting
orientation processes of the positions under his / her responsibility and
to follow up the orientation processes in order to integrate the “new”
employee into LC Waikiki and assist him/her to become a contributing
member of the team by transferring him/her the necessary information about
the company.
- Collecting
the training and development needs; to determine the organizational,
professional, personal and managerial training needs, to design the
trainings in accordance with the requirements, to prepare training plans
by determining the internal and external training resources, to realize
trainings, and to request /follow up necessary
organizational-documentation processes in order to meet the training and
development needs of the positions under his / her responsibility.
- Participating
in, apply and follow up the processes of preparation of
promotion-education, training and development programs in order to
contribute the professional and behavioral development of the positions
under his / her responsibility and to provide human resources to the
vacant positions in accordance with the company’s needs.
- To create,
apply and track assessment and evaluation instruments to be used to
evaluate and develop the training programs.
- To
establish standards for the activities, duties, and processes under his
responsibility, to submit improvement and development suggestions in order
to minimize the problems to be encountered, to inform the superior manager
in case of detecting a risk «
Required Qualifications:
Education & Language Skills
- Minimum
University Degree
- Fluent
English (written & verbal)
Professional Expertise
- Minimum 3
years of experience
- Excellent
organizational and time management skills
- Capable of
discretely handling confidential information
- Analytical
mindset that is able to innovate and improve existing processes
- Knowledge
of MS Office programs

Area Visual Merchandising Responsible
The Role:
Area
Visual Merchandising Responsible
We
are looking for high caliber professionals to help achieve our goal of

Job Description:
- Train and
develop Store Visual Merchandisers as per standards provided by Head
Office
- Provide
fast and profitable visual solutions within the region under the
responsibility
- Follow up
and execute company visual merchandising standards and procedures
- Assist
and/or provide feedback to stores regarding visual merchandising in
assigned district
- Execute
excellent customer service
- Visiting
stores periodically to maintain visual standards in the country
- Participate
in floor set executions
- Assist in
hiring store merchandisers that meet current business needs
Qualifications:
- BA in
marketing, Fashion Merchandising (preferred)
- At least 3
years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably with a leading
fashion retailer and 1-3 years retail management experience preferred
- Ability to
plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- Proven
ability to train and develop Store Visual Merchandisers
- Proven
ability to prioritize, problem-solving
- Proven
ability to independently and proactively manage multiple tasks/priorities
and personalities
- Ability to
work in a multinational-multicultural environment
- Fluent in
English
- Approximately
80% of travel required

Country HR Manager – Morocco
Job Description:
To
add value to the LC Waikiki Morocco business by acting as the strategic partner
of the Country Manager in order to support the business growth. Working in
close conjunction with the LC Waikiki headquarters you will be coordinating all
corporate HR activities and people management processes relating to
recruitment, promotion and our internal development programs.
Key responsibilities:
- managing
the local HR team,
- implementing
local development of the corporate HR policy,
- supporting
managers in their day-to-day managerial activities,
- advising
on current legislation and employment law by keeping up to date with
changes in employment legislation,
- taking
care of the talent acquisition and talent management
- providing
input and guidance to the HR processes such as salary review or appraisal
process,
- management
of issues such as disciplinary and grievance
- cooperating
with external authorities and services providers,
Key Competencies / Attributes:
- University
degree in business / human resources,
- Minimum 5
years of experience in human resources including 3 years in a similar
position
- Fluency in
written and verbal English and Arabic is a must,
- Very good
knowledge of local legislation and common law and practical approach on
applying legal solutions,
- Ability to
build good relationships with people at all levels within and outside the
organization,
- Excellent
communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills,
- Flexibility
of thinking, creativeness and innovative approach to arising business and
HR issues,
- Excellent
organisational skills: good work organisation with ability to adapt

Section Manager
The Role:
As
a Section Manager, you will be taking full responsibility of
related section, with a team to lead and inspire. You will be responsible for
sales maximization, customer service, and store profitability. You will combine
your experience, commercial insight, and excellent visual merchandising skills
to continually grow the success of the brand and exceed targets year on year.

- Maximizing
related section productivity and driving sales with commercial execution
and excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Working
closely with Store Manager to meet goals within their section. Oversees
store inventories for section and ensures the highest level of accuracy
- Providing
leadership for the section team, implementing and tracking the LC Waikiki
standards for the section and inspiring the team to achieve it
- Establishing
and maintaining high standards of store layout and visual merchandising in
line with the corporate standards
