Job
Purpose:
-Deliver
expected Sales Targets (top line, Margin and credit terms) through Distributors
management.

Principal
Accountabilities:
Distributor/Area
Business Development
-Set Jointly
with the assigned distributor, the annual Business Plan, SMART qualitative and
quantitative objectives.
-Continuous
support to distributor on all aspects to hit the agreed targets of sales and
KPI’s.
-Support the
distributor on all strategic projects, providing the company expertise and
agreed resources.
Field
Management
-Ensure all
resources (human, logistics and finance) are available at distributor level to
deliver the plan.
-Ensure the
deployment of all commercial and Marketing Initiatives.
-Maximize
expertise on the field through customer visits and field visit reports
Organization
-Establish a
coaching plan with distributor supervisors to help them deliver at their best.
-Support the
distributor on team and individual’s performance assessment and related action
plan.
Job
Knowledge, Skills & Experiences:
-Graduated
in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
-2 to 4
years’ experience in FMCG as sales supervisor
-English
fluency
NB: position
can also based in another big city in the country.

Lubricants
Technical Specialist
To provide
first line technical advice to direct accounts, all segment included and Vivo
Energy Morocco Sales force on the use of the Shell lubricants portfolio in
order to best exploit the technical attributes of Shell products and services
to commercial advantage, and to trouble shoot any technical issues.
Principal
responsibilities :
1. To
support to and to secure technical partnership with key direct
accounts
- Provide front line technical
support to customers and sales staff including problem solving, troubleshooting
and application advice for all front line technical issues.
- Correctly specify appropriate
Lubricants or fuel products to be used for specific applications
(vehicles, machinery and equipment), including the specification of
equivalent product to replace a competitor’s product, for all
lubricants products.
- Prepare customer plant/equipment
audits, lubrication surveys, product rationalisation audits and conduct
field trials, as necessary to support the overall business strategy
- Liaise with local OEMs or local
branches of global OEMs, to develop product approvals,
- Provide HSE, Occupational
Health, safety and product disposal advice to customers and front line
sales, in line with local legislation requirements. Actively keep up to
date with changes in legislation
- Receive referrals of technical
problems or other customer contact and work to resolve with the
customer.
- Implement services agreed with
customers in contracts
2. To drive
top and bottom line growth
Candidate
Profile:
- Degree in Mechanical engineering
or chemistry or comparable technical background skills
- Two to five years’ experience in
a technical role environment
- Experience in a customer facing
role is beneficial
- Demonstrates interpersonal and
communication (written and verbal) skills
