Model line:
- Establish the planning schedule
for the deployment of new improvement projects on the model line
- Establish and follow the action
plan for the implementation of new continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor and improve performance
indicators for the model line.
Participate in the European activities of the NYS, Pilot and
participate in the continuous improvement project, Ensure the management of
continuous improvement projects, Monitor the progress of action plans for
continuous improvement projects.
Training: Defining training modules, Develop and conduct training to
improve the skills of production staff.Train direct and indirect staff in NYS
tools.
Technical: Ensure balancing between workstations,Take timing on
the identified lines and communicate the progress of each line,Propose and
install improvements to increase out put, Study of workstation ergonomics and
improve the workflow, Provide on-site timing training for those directly
related to efficiency and productivity and balancing, Manage the process concept
definition in the factory & ensure the implementation of best practices In
the new definitions, Reliability of the database of the times relative to each
process in coordination with SAP team.

Poste:
Quality: Follow the quality procedures and
Participate in quality improvement projects;
Technical:
- Ensure line balancing through
time measurement of identified lines and communicate the progress of the
activity;

Planner (Tangier) – Tanger
Poste:
- Receive and analyse customer
forecast in weekly basis and match this with plant capacity.
- Create short schedule in
accordance with customer forecast and priority.
- Ensure daily contact with customer
or CSC to discuss coverage, shortage risk transit information, trucks ETA.
- Inform the multidisciplinary
team about eventual change in PN due to new model year change or Eng
change.
- Elaborate the weekly MPS with
multidisciplinary team in accordance with customer forecast and plan the
adequate action to satisfy the customer volume.
- Monitor the stock level in both
CSC and plant according to the defined concept.

Raw Material Planner mass production – KENITRA
Poste:
RM planning & Suppliers follow-up: Plan and execute procurement of
raw materials to suppliers (send releases, get orders confirmation,shipping
confirmation, follow orders in delay..), Analyze RM Coverage & reschedule
open orders to align with production planning requirements, Check,
periodically, SAP parameters to insure that orders are released according
to the Scheduling agreements with suppliers, Get supplier invoices once parts
leave supplier, Ensure that all announced quantities/Volumes by suppliers are
correctly loaded from, Analyze and insure the coverage based on weekly coverage
report, Check the weekly orders control and provide necessary required comments
and actions, Fill internal claim to suppliers/import &export with
sufficient evidences for any abnormal delivery claim, Archive all documents
related to quality & quanltity claims in the folder reserved for this
reason, Maintain inventories at optimum level, Minimize over/excessive stock,
and avoid dead stock occurrence.
Materials shortage Alarm, and potential production
interruption: Proactively
report material availability issues, Communicate Critical parts to Coordinator
based on the weekly Coverage report, Report to Coordinator any abnormal delivery
and any potential risk of production interruption within requested alarm
time, Take immediate contingence actions to avoid production shortage, Provide
full and clear analyzes for any potential risk of shortage, Insure necessary
follow-up for trucks loading critical parts in transit with transport team.

Finish Good Planner – Kénitra AFZ
Poste:
Production Planning and Scheduling:
- To receive the customers order
forecast, and filing properly by timing sequence;
- Generate weekly Production Plans
based on schedule levelling principle;
- Arrange Shipping always meet
customers order request and keep a stable level of stock in Supply chain;
- Control monthly inventory to
meet target and avoid any dead stock.
Analysis for order information: Review customer orders to
verify the production plans, identify and highlight capacity gaps between
production capability and customers requirement, in order provide the options
for Management Team to make further decision.
Communicate with customer/Service Centre:
- Schedule Weekly meeting to
involve all open points;
- Communicate with Service Centre
for any non forecast order / pull forward or increase order;
- Communicate with Service Centre
to get an accuracy inventory data of Service Centre;

Planning’s Kpis And Delievery Performance:
- Analysis of data Result, to
ensure that trends and exceptions, are analyzed and highlighted in a
proactive manner;

action to improve the planning Kpis;
- Monitor delivery issues, and
take corrective actions as needed.
Production planning control and adjustment:
- Release planned order according
to production plan;
- Analysis the achievement and
highlight each deviation via Daily Achievement Report;
